Drive through most weeks. Staff are always rushing to be “efficient“ but they lack customer service. I feel like a donkey with a carrot when they dangle my coffee out of the next window and can barely look at you as you go through to collect.
Best McDonald's I've ever been to. The food was packaged neatly and nicely. Service was good.
Unfortunately we didn't come away happy at all. We asked for medium and got small. There was no tarte sauce on my fish burger at all and the cheese burger was covered in tomato sauce. The redeeming feature was the staff, who were clearly flat out, but kind ,helpful and very polite
Lack of customer service and tables aren’t regularly cleaned. Crew should be going around checking that all the customers have scanned the Covid QR code but no one was checking.
Not even 8am tables dirty. App not working. Double cheeseburger tasted like it was put in fridge last night and nuked for me.
Table delivery an excellent service ,right next to the nambour train station and 100 metres from the new tram terminal, so we can enjoy an ice cream before "ALLABOARD" is called
Way better now .
