ONE burger was ok. Second one was cold, fries were cold, soda served without straw no straw in the whole restaurant, sauvé ordered but never delivered. We were forced to eat because we had a film to watch right after, but I would have returned the whole platter in other circumstances. And oh, I forgot, it was absolutely disgusting!! Floor piled with trash
Only 20% satisfied! In this McDonald's, if you don't know the language, they either laugh at you or look at you strangely or as if you are the simplest person! Plus today I ordered chicken burger fries and fanta! They brought the portion but without a straw for the juice and I call 4 employees and tell them that there is no straw for the juice because a person can't drink without it.. after 15 minutes, she went and brought my food and when I told her that I was waiting again and why not She brought me a straw with the food, she called, so I told you that we don't have any, you have to get up and take it yourself..! Plus nervous why I told her to bring it to me..! Many times whenever I go, the staff is like that, it's a shame..! A world brand and such a staff!!
Hamburger now taste like it was taken to space for ten years and cooked for me in a vacuum. It crumbles and it doesn't have any flavor. Staff are kind but a bit scared of an elderly Japanese man with a computer. Coffee is sour. This mall feels like airport. Atmosphere kind of 'on the run'.Food: 1/5
McDonald's- McDonald's, docks Brussels is really populated and a lot of people dine in here. The food options and variety are also quite good. I guess they need to improve on their vegetarian options and the service. Due to the factor of being really populated the service lacks and you need to collect you own menu. If you are a veg eater you gotta be careful. This incident happened with me twice where I ordered veg burger but Instead I got beef in the 1st visit and during the 2nd visit we got the chicken pattie instead of the veg one.
Terrible service. No one was at the cash counter for a long time and when someone finally came she let a customer she knew skip us in the line. We ended up waiting for ages and left without paying.Food: 1/5
Very dirty I taught and not very friendly. I was charged to go to the toilet and for my ketchup and maynaoise. Everthing was just added to the price medium meal €12. 95 . Very very expensive I taught.. staff were no where to be seen bins were full tables were not wipe down.. I just think crazy . I from Ireland and in ireland staff are very helpful and tidy and cleaned and staff are helpful and always happy to help.. I like the food but expensive for a Mc Donald's.. I normally am a very happy but this is just not on.. Ketchup should be free and Maynaoise not to be charge extra onto my food order..

Managed to find a seat staff were friendly. Forgot part of our order but that’s pretty standard for McDonald’s!

It surprised me that Food is bit expensive here in compare to other McD Brussels Center May be because of its location...as it is inside Docks Brussels Quite big ... two floors with good sitting capacity You may use toilet here for free... as common toilet usage charge inside mall is around 40 cents
