Outstanding customer service and cleanliness. The staffs were friendly and provide excellent services. My burger was stacked nicely and especially my large fries was filled up fully. Although, it was in lunch time rush, the crew and the duty manager were happily helping me filled up my 2lit waters with ice for the kids. Definitely recommend to others when visiting this area. Especially in cherry time Westgate Melbourne. Cheers
Spent $5 for a really disappointing amount of ice cream. Not the first time its happened too, same thing happened with a frappe it was almost half full with only a small amount of cream.
I wouldn’t recommend this Maccas to anybody, better off driving down the road. On multiple occasions I’ve attended after night shift as it’s my local on the way home, to then wait for 20 minutes when the whole joints empty, then to be given a wrong meal, this is happened multiple times now. Tonight they were updating there system for multiple hours, as they do all the time with the whole facility still lit up as if they are open, but when you drive through the driveway, you’re they told take orders for 15/20 minutes with a bunch of stuff I couldn’t even understand the staff member stating. Drive through should be turned off if the facility isn’t serving customers. working In hospitality for over 5 years, it’s really not hard to have good customer service, I trained up juniors and new staff, and would assist them so they wouldn’t have inconveniences. If you pay for a food or service, a person is entitled to receive what they order.
I spent a few hours here while waiting for my car to be serviced nearby plenty of automotive service centres around. Very personable staff and shoutout to the lady who keeps the place clean. It is open 24*7Service: 5/5
Hi Dear McDonald’s owner or McDonald’s People ! I m delivery driver and today I got an delivery and I was gone there at nearly 12:05am and I have waited nearly 20mint and I tried to ask only one time the lady I think she was a manager or ? But she told me so distinguished word in his language and I was shocked one how she is saying like that ? The Lady I think she is from India and she should be fired from McDonald’s! This is not good job ! Today 21/01/2023 at nearly 12:10am ! She should have some manners but about seeing her as her body language she doesn’t have manners ! She should be fired !
Was served in the drive thru tonight by Juna sorry if I butchered it! she was amazingly genuine and lovely, complimented our order and even gave us a little verbal maccas jingle! Absolutely made mine, my mum’s and my siblings night. Loved the enthusiasm!
can the workers here even read? so many times my order had been screwed up. Order a Choloate Frappe, get a coffee one. Ask for no cream. Cream slathered all over it. The food always comes out cold.
The worst McDonalds everytime Inhave been there its always disappointing. Got 2 hotcakes and hashbrown, hot a bag on drive thru and found no hashbrown. Came home and checked no hotcake syrup and only 1 set of cutleries. Asked for hashbrown and said there was jo hashbrown on the order. You got to drive thru and it makes it more tough to order. Called the store to provide feedback but no response.
Honestly never going back again, they can never get an order right. Tonites stuff ups consisted of warm cokes with no ice, i added bacon to a chicken burger which was a no show also loved the one 50cent piece size tomato in it. If u want Maccas keep driving down Canterbury road and go to Bayswater, otherwise go to the one in Mooroolbark. It was 7.30 on a weeknight no they weren't busy, I was one of 2 customers instore and liturally 1 car in drive through.
It was a pleasure to again, have 5 star perfect Mcdonalds food and service @ 11am 22.12 22 + 5:30pm 15.12.22 + 11am 13.12.22 + 1:50pm 07.12.22 Hot fresh Maccas food is tops. Always ask for fresh, if your happy to wait a bit longer. Speed isn't my priority, its hotter fresher food & its absolutely delicious when It is ! Remember, people make mistakes, no ones perfect, but 9/10 its right and tasty here, if you ask for fresh and are happy to wait
