Bought food at this store and staff one female was really very rude. Spoke to Mgr. Who said she should have finished 2 hrs ago. This is a big safety issue with the store. This person whispered In the ear of an other, something very sarcastic. Mgr said he was only standing in for today and didn't know any of the staff. This girl needs to learn manners for the public and to respect her elders. This was a very very bad experience. Other staff member drinking in full public view very poor staff management. Once again nothing will be done and the store and Franchise owner will suffer.
I think I have tried about 5 times in the last few months to do an Uber order with you prior to rush hour but continue to have to cancel my order because about three different drivers turn up and leave due to get sick of waiting when the app says ready. I have waited for up to two hours ordering before the lunch rush and still waiting. What's the go? Why as a walk in customer you wait maybe 10 minutes to collect order but if order over uber eats it's forgotten and drivers left waiting for up to an hour and hardly any customers? I don't get it. Please train your staff to multitask and treat online orders the same as a walk in and prepare food timing accurate.
Ordered 2 meals at 17.29pm it took them 21 minutes to make the order. They were not very busy, when the Manager asked one of the guys where is one of the items he shrugged his shoulders and said I don't know. One burger could not be eaten it was too oily. No apologies for the wait, nothing, terrible service. Soo much for fast food, we won't be back
waited in line for 15 minutes only to get my food 25 mins later , this poor old lady waited in line for 15 minutes only to get abused by the manger because she wanted an icecream. i opened my bag of food and it was all cold and stale. definitely would not recommend this maccas
Showed up to order at 11:45pm waited 5 minutes to be served then proceeded to wait 15-20 minutes for 2 large meals and 1 happy meal. I believe the person serving was either the store manager or the owner he was tall with dark hair and a black shirt. As someone who has worked and ran a mcdonalds if I was him I would be appalled I didn't receive a receipt, he was casually walking around not caring, there was a line of about 10 people 5 minutes after I ordered he didn't have the decency to inform me of a reason my food was taking so long. The manager in the kitchen made no communication to the front in regards to the food. Safe to say the best thing we received from here today was the sweet and sour sauce. I honestly think if you gave me 3 weeks I could have the store running better than he did, half the store wasn't even open yet. It's not that busy of a location. Genuinely curious in regards to what he has done to this place to make the other staff look like they hate it. Shocking
Ordered 2 happy meals for my kids because they want to get minion toys. It took 28mins to get orders ready and there were no toys in the box. Went back to the store staff said they have no toys left. So? They charged full price and not getting toys which is part of deal. They gave use random book. I went back again for refund due we can buy toy separately with $2, they said cannot give refund. We asked them if they have toys before we order they said yes. Thank you for ruined my boys school holiday out.
Went this morning, a poor young bloke was on his own in the store and worked tirelessly and amazingly. But the wait was absolutely ridiculous with this poor bloke being solo. If the owners actually hired more staff it would be a problem that's easily solved. I can understand staff members not wanting to work with the older, tall dark haired man who bullies his junior staff members, but I felt really sorry for the young bloke on today. He deserves a better job.
If you want McDonald’s it’s worth driving to a different one! The biggest problem here is the staff, not at all enthusiastic clearly the managers are incompetent. I’m sure this is more poor management of the staff and lack of training but anyway. The little staff that are working there are on their phones most of the time if they’re not smoking in the back. This is seriously not how a business should function, very disappointed. This McDonalds is a disgrace to the rest, hire new staff or at least train them well.
I ordered an Egg and bacon Mcmuffin meal with an iced chocolate today from McDonald's at Kippa Ring. The egg and bacon muffin was ok but this is the Iced Chocolate I was given with the meal. This is not what the advertised picture shows as you can see below. At $9.50 I do not expect perfection but I do I not expect sub-standard either. I will be giving Kippa Ring McDonald's a miss from now on.
Absolutely disgusting waited 1 hour for just a Big Mac meal, absolutely atrocious. Was made assured that I would receive a refunded, but never received one. The food was absolutely awful, all over the place, no presentation what so ever. Take your money somewhere else. This restaurant needs a major overhaul.
