Slow service through drive through, took them 20 minutes to serve 6 vehicles, had to repeat our order 4 times and then it was wrong when we got it. No smiles, everyone looked down or bored, never going back there.Food: 3/5
absolutely disgraceful meal was stone cold bag was open on delivery ,,NO BACON ON ONE f the burgers and the other burger didn't have the extra that was ordered.. I'm sick of this they can never get it right they do this even through Drive through GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER MURRAY BRIDGE MACDONALDS,
Not the cleanest and definitely lacks a bit of customer service. It does have a good undercover playground and in good visibility from dining areas.
Went to order the meal on the screen when it came time to pay it took my money and and had a printer error. Reordered the meal again and printed out a blank receipt. Then took them 20 mins to acknowledge the meal was ready and believed to make the burgers again......... We feel they didn't. Must be a better reason than boxing Day.. Maybe not put new people on when it's busy......
This place would not work without Gypsy . She quite literally was running around serving and mopping in the span of ten minutes. She was kind and caring to all of us, giving us a heads up to cover our ears before she was about to shout the order number for everyone to hear. If there’s anyone who I were to vote as the employee with the best customer service it is her.
Most of the time chips are cold and stale old literally seems like they are from the day before. Large chips are filled the size of medium chips or even less. If you order you just gotta hope you’re lucky and get fresh ones. No one wants to drive all the way back to the store for their mess up. And on this particular day they didn’t even cook all 3 hot cross buns I ordered what’s the point in that ‍
Went to McDonald's for a quick bite, But the staff moved at a slow pace, not right. The Big Mac was underwhelming to say, I'll stick with the fries, they're okay. Overall, the experience was a bit of a letdown, I think I'll try a different fast food town. Next time I'll opt for a chain with pep, Where the service is quick, the food's top rep.
Absolutely disgusting service. No one serving on the front. Staff look like it's their first day on the job. The young fella handing the food out was rude and unwelcoming. Our fries were overcooked and our burgers were cold. The only thing good was the soft drink as it comes out of machine. The same guy serving the front comes to wipe the tables if you call it that and wipes food onto the floor and half wiped the tables and walks off. My wife had to wipe down the table we sat at as It hadn't been cleaned at all. Skip this Mecca's if you can.
The restaurant was one of the filthiest ones I've ever seen and we frequent your stores regularly. There were no clean tables inside to sit at. The toilets were too disgusting to even use, both the disabled and the ladies toilet. We cleaned a table ourselves with our own wet wipes so we could sit down to eat. We just could not believe the extraordinary amount of flies in the restaurant. Several other people commented on them as well. It didn't help due to all the rubbish strewn everywhere. I spoke to a young Indian lad about it and he just shrugged nonchalantly and didn't even acknowledge me when I complained about the filthy toilets. I felt awful for the young Mum coming in with balloons who was about to set up for her child's party. She had to ask for tables to be cleaned...but the loos and flies everywhere.... disgusting. Another customer got straight on her phone to lodge a formal complaint as it was THAT BAD. Honestly, I have never filed a complaint before but todays experience warranted it and don't even get me started about the wait times people had for their meals and it wasn't even super busy! Plus staff arguing amongst one another behind the counter! It was an awful experience and you really need to sit these young folk down and give them a kick up the arse. Lyn Howe.
tbh don't even think it is worth one star! No joke waited 1hr in the drive thru for just a frozen coke. Honestly can't believe it took this long! Whoever was working this shift should definitely get a new job.
