This branch is very well managed considering how busy it is. It has helpful staff that can assist you from entrance. Unfortunately there are always so many different delivery drivers coming in and out but there is plenty of seating and space. Good saver menu £1 coffees, cheeseburgers.
Such a busy place and it’s still running efficient with smile on their face . Well done and would be great other place to follow them
I’ve not been here since COVID-19 started. Finally they are open, but just for take away. I can see the staff is a bit overwhelmed due to unexpected traffic in the shop. They were quick and prompt. There was a lady who carefully cleaned the touchscreen where you can place your order. And she kindly guided people to the right direction.
We like a lot to go out. Yesterday we came to this delicious restaurant which friends recommended to us. We passed a delightful evening there with first-rate food and a courteous team and an impressive chef. We added this place in our list and we will certainly go again very soon. Highly recommended.
Was a decent experience Service could have been better if one of the workers wasn't shouting at a fellow employee. Was really awkward and unprofessional. Otherwise, food is good and quickly served.
Clean, reliable, organised Mcdonalds. Best in the mornings with the fantastic lady who runs the service really really well i'm sure they know who she is! I don't know her name i'm afraid Been really useful for a quick brekkie before work v.early in the morning. Again hard working organised staff thank you :D

In the Kilburn high road branch amazing manager ! Very helpful and patient, and the staff were very kind ! Also the manager was fit, will be coming back
