The good includes plenty of parking due to most using the drive-thru, great playground and the cafe section working well. The bad/horrific included rubbish throughout the entire store left by teens that used the store as a playground and charging station and managed to an impressive degree use language that can't be televised before 9pm for the entirety of their sentences somehow they still understood each other. Worthy mentions include all tables in the store had food or rubbish on them making it difficult to eat in, hand dryer not working and my family order going missing, to which after 15 minutes of standing near the counter watching other customers be ignored before using the screens to make their own order and employees who'd finished their shift getting in the way of staff working hard to fullfill orders at the window, I asked about my order with receipt in hand. This was promptly sorted though incorrect sauce was provided sometimes it's also the little things. Somehow whilst this all happened my kids got locked in the playground. As you would expect by the above, the toilet was in need of love so you may be required to hold your child above it to pee. Also wondering if the chicken and cheese is meant to only have half a slice?
Bacchus Marsh Maccas is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Been buying from here for the past 3 yrs and mistakes on my order everyday!! I ordered a Dbl big mac and got a normal big mac large fries was only half filled! Extremely disappointing
Generally very nice customer service, unfortunately 8 out of 10 times my order is always incorrect, for example no egg in a muffin, given hot chocolate instead of coffee, sprite ALWAYS tastes of soda water, missing items It's frustrating but as we know there's more important things in the world. But I would like to get what I pay for As I said service is good, but usually if ordering in the morning, alot of the times it's incorrect.
Waited while they served 3 other cars in the other lane before getting to us. Got to the window to get our food and staff were rude, had to wait in the parking bay and was spoken to rudely again. Top it off they stuffed up our order, must be a great way to make money! Just a bunch of moody teenagers who don’t want to work! Felt like I was at Karen’s Diner for a moment.
just went through drive through at bacchus marsh maccas .. well what can i say the service needs an upgrade.. i was trying to order and all i could here was girls giggling and laughing. it took three attempts to take my order as the girls were not listening. get to the pay window and yep three girls giggling and laughing one asked me if the order on screen was mine i answered no. and again as she was to busy giggling she did not here me and asked again i said no . then she put my order up incomplete .. if she was paying attention she would have got it the first time .. next window asked to speak to manager and said that it was bad customer service while someone was making an order for three girls to laugh and giggle. The manager told me that the girls were all friends and she would have a word with them .. yeah right. i apologised for coming across as a bad customer as i was a little upset at these three girls as they all looked at me as if looking through me not listening and brushing me off. i think it is well worth driving to melton as they have awesome customer service.. not good at all ... Not Happy Jan......
Friendly, efficient, & competent staff which is a nice change in comparison to nearby Macca's restaurants. Food is always of good quality & orders are always fulfilled correctly Food: 5/5
After a 5 hour hike wanted something to eat Haha thought I squeezed the lid to hard but nope just old mate forgot how many pieces of bread a burger has hahaha
I waited 15 mins for a staff member took my order and another 15 mins to get my order. The staff all looked miserable and half of the girls hadn't even brushed there hair, they should have to tie it back neatly and wear a hair net.
This is the best quality McDonalds food I've ever had out of anywhere in NSW, Vic and Tas I've been. Best McCafe coffee too. Staff are friendly and helpful and inside it's usually pretty clean too. Sometimes a bit noisy inside with the music too loud but I'm getting old so don't mind me hahahahaha Kid-friendliness: Great playground for kids.
Food was maccas standard but a low score due to cleanliness of the store itself. Toilets were horrible. It was late at night and I feel for the staff that would need to clean up that mess.
