Food delivered quickly at drive thru. Burgers were made sloppy, cheese melted off the burger so i couldn't stack properly. Frappe was nice. Would go again for the drinks but drive elsewhere if I wanted to eat.
Another pathetic meal from goodna McDonald's, pay for a large cheese burger meal with a coke and 6 nuggets, repeatedly have to turn away a happy meal even tho paid for what we asked for only to find half filled chips, clearly threw the small chips in a large container nuggets that taste like they were cooked pre-covid and coke that is literally coloured soad water, food went to the dog because that's all it was good for but here's a photo of the coke
Absolute best experience we’ve ever had at a Maccas! Asked the lovely pregnant lady serving sorry, didn’t catch name to make the hash browns extra crisp and was greeted with the BEST hash browns I have had in my life. These hash browns changed my life and fixed all my problems, they were that good. So appreciative that she went the extra mile. Thank you!
I had a lovely experience in the drive-thru this morning getting served by a young woman named Charlotte. My children were being difficult about what they wanted, making it difficult for the server to keep up. However, Charlotte handled it very well, patiently cooperating with a positive attitude. Keep up the good work Charlotte! Will be visiting again.
I just been there and waited for my single coffee for 20mins. I asked how long it will take and the manager told me that she has 4 waiting screens and was very cranky. I understand how busy they were but their attitude was so poor. I'm never going to try that store again in ter future. I told them never mind with my order and walked out and they said 'f' word behind me. I'm very curious how they operate the store really. I'm also going to report this to the head office. It was really bad and horrible experience.
I came here for a romantic dinner with my cousin but they were out of chips. all the tables were dirty so we had to eat in the playground. Manager chased us out with a broom. would not recommend.
Great with drive through and huge play area for kids. Also has McCafe. Plenty of parking especially disabled around two sides of McDonalds. Went through drive through and the person taking the order was polite and told me to check correct order on screen. Which I never get asked at others. The staff all had gloves on and my burger,fries and hot apple pie were ready and hot, the drinks were cold and not much ice to cut costs. They had 2 pull over parking spots empty. For full view check pictures and video. Toilets inside and disabled friendly entrance and seating. Drive through 27/7 open. Take goodna turnoff and stay in left lane, couple of lights then you will see the big sign. Vegetarian options: They will cater for any changing of food like taking meat patty out and so on. Kid-friendliness: Plenty choice of meals for kids especially the good old happy meals. The big high play area. Parking: Plenty and disabled parking too. Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance wheelchair access and room to eat inside. Dietary restrictions: They will take out or change anything for you.
Went through drivethru to get breakfast, a big brekkie burger. The wait time was atrocious considering the amount of staff working. I receive my burger and there was no meat on it so I went into the restaurant to ask to have it remade. None of the workers would serve me and talk to me at the counter, they would just look and ignore me and anyone who would want assistance at the counter. I witnessed multiple people walk out from the lack of service. After 10-15 minutes of being ignored I decided to go back through the drivethru. The drivethru lady advised she would let the staff know to remake the burger but when I drove to the window to receive my order, they tried to give me someone else’s order and had no idea what I was wanting. The lady who I spoke to at the last window was rude and just shoved the bag in my face when it was done. Would not recommend this McDonald’s to anyone. I understand it’s a public holiday and no one there really wants to work but at the end of the day, that is the job they signed up for. And it’s fast food, you shouldn’t have to mess around for 40 minutes just to get your order correct.
Order was not correct so when it was corrected the staff member cheated by just scrapping the unwanted ingredient out, however the manager on duty was very professional and corrected the order by replacment/fresh order. She also offered and added fries and chips and apologised more than once. Thank you to that manager on duty and to her boss hang on to her cause she will definitely keep customers comming back!!
This Goodna store is my least favourite but is only 2mins from us. I don't blame the younger staff entirely for lack of good customer skills, that should be in their training. YAMANTO MCDONALDS STAFF ARE SUPERB!!! Every time we go there, staff are so polite, well mannered, and service is FAST!
