Had a late dinner on 25th August around 8pm, we ordered via kiosk, foods came pretty quick & lovely staff members. Wonderful customer service! Restaurant Manager should compliment them all free meals! Fresh, hot, and delicious! The meat and sauces are perfectly prepared~ Clean restaurant, unlike other M stores. This morning, on March 1st, 2023, at approximately 8:11am, I had an interaction at my local McDonald's that left me feeling disappointed. I have been a regular customer at this location for years and have always had wonderful experiences there. However, this morning, when I went there with my children to purchase six hash browns, I encountered an issue that changed my perception of the service. At the serving window, I politely asked if the order could be split into two bags so that I could give one to each of my children and avoid any potential fighting over the food. To my surprise and disappointment, the person who initially served me snatched the bag out of my hand, which I found to be quite rude. This experience was especially frustrating because it was so different from my previous experiences at this McDonald's. Over the years, I have always received friendly service and excellent food, and I had never encountered any issues or problems. However, this one bad interaction left a lasting impression on me and has made me question whether I will continue to visit this location in the future. It is unfortunate that one negative experience can have such a significant impact on a customer's perception of a business, especially when they have had years of positive experiences in the past. While the improved service from the other staff member was appreciated, it did not fully make up for the disappointment caused by the initial interaction. I hope that this incident is an isolated one, and that future visits to this McDonald's will be more in line with my previous experiences.
Sat in the que for 15 minutes, chicken burger had no chicken on it lol, nuggets where fried together so came out soggy and wet and uncooked. Manager on the phone was rude, no apology. Bad enough you have to taste your drink before you go to make sure the post mix isn't stuffed and double check sauces have been put in the bag now I have to start checking if burgers have patties on them? Easiest job on the planet and they still can't get it right. Maybe hiring high school drop outs isn't exactly working out.
this is my local mcDonalds & i ordered food tonight and it was terrible!!! night shift crew !! slack , long wait through drive thru at 9:30pm waited over 30mins for our food & they got the order wrong , Cold chips and everything was terrible that manager that’s on night shift needs to wake up!! or don’t work there. everyone wants fresh chips & burgers made with love
Absolutely rubish service. I ordered, in this order: 1 coffee, 1 mcmuffin, 2 quarter pounder meals one with frozen coke and one with regular coke, and another mcmuffin. Somehow, they made the coffee the drink of one of the quarter pounder meals. I didn't realise the coke was missing until I was out of the drive-thru, so I circled back. When I got to the window and explained that a drink was missing, the manager heard and yelled, "You better make sure they pay for it." I was trying to explain further to the person in the window when the manager interrupted asking to pay for the drink because "they are running a business." I wouldn't have minded paying for the drink, but her attitude left no room for a dialogue.
My girlfriend and I ordered from uber eats and she got a mcchicken with extra extra cheese. She was enjoying her mcchicken with extra extra cheese when to her horror, she looked down at her more than half eaten burger to see a bug wedge in her mcchicken bun, she was inches away from eating said bug. As she has an extreme fear of bugs in general, she launched into a massive panic attack and couldn't stop crying for 20 minutes, understandably so, I would of cried too! We stormed into Maccas and told them of the situation and they gave us a refund of the mcchicken burger although the whole $50 order went to waste as we were both too repulsed to continue, and assured us the matter would be investigated. Thank you to maccas manager that helped us out you were very lovely and understanding, but still, isn't a situation I will stay quiet about! Note to self: inspect burger bun on order.
Everytime single time I come to this McDonalds, they stuff up my order, whether it be dine-in or drive-thru. This morning they claimed I ordered no muffins with my McMuffins. Blows my mind. Last time here. They won’t miss me anyway.
Served promptly and served with a happy demeanour. Makes the world of difference. Service was quick also.Food: 5/5
Me and my sister ordered 2 ice lattes this morning and the milk was definitely off ,hopefully this gets to the manager on shift so the staff can rotate their milk properly
Premises are clean, open 24/7 which is a good plus for people worked night shift. I've notice that every Friday nights lots of drunk idiots going there. Unfortunately the tavern is nearby.
