The place is filthy. Slipped on the floor because it is covered in grease. Bins overflowing, mess over all the tables. Meanwhile staff members on phone using Facebook and got served by an obviously stoned teenager. Bacon in my burger was so old you couldn't even bite a bit off it. Worst MacDonald's I have ever encountered. Lucky I didn't get sick.
Usually food here is pretty good. Fast food is usually hit n miss but burgers are fairly ‘fresh’ my issue is the ice cream. Multiple times have I ordered McFlurry’s on DoorDash as a treat and paid extra for fudge/ sauce but they never seem to be capable of not only not adding the amount of sauce / fudge that’s included in the thing but dismissing the extra paid sauce too! Very very frustrating and makes a treat not worth it. Waste of absolute money especially with how tight things are these days
Upon collecting my breakfast ! My 2 coffees were given to me without offering a cup tray then when I requested a tray they gave me the tray to put the drinks in ! I asked for help as I was sitting in my car then when I tried to put the drinks on the tray cup the attendant went to put the drink in but because the lid hadn’t been tightened the drink spilt all over me with contents now inside my car ! He did not offer me fresh drinks ! All in all what a nightmare
Just had the worst McDonalds experience ever. Was told I was being rude because I was complaining about the poor service and wait time. It took 25minutes to get our food 3 minutes to home if that. Was left waiting at the box before we were servedthey apologised for the wait, moved forward to the delivery window where we were handed our drinks, a minute or two later we were asked to park as they were waiting on fresh fries, so I did. There was a car parked next to us where the occupants had vacated their car and smoked a cigarette in the time that they had waited before their food arrived. Another car and 2 Uber drivers had arrived and left and we were still waitingremember the whole process took 22minutes for a burger box. By this stage I had now been waiting 20 minutes and entered the store to ask why I had waited so long for fries to cookI could have made home cooked fries in this time including peeling the potatoes. As I entered I noticed the manager placing fries in the bag and asked if they were ours and if the burgers weee also fresh now due to having waited so long, I was advised they were and had just been made, at that I left with my food in hand. I returned home to cold foodall except the nuggets, which usually go to my dogs. The manager said I was being rude when I called to inform her that in fact the food she had told me was fresh was not at all, I was told I needed to consider the other things they needed to do and I was not their only priorityor at all it would seem. On several occasions I have had similar experiences where instead of accepting accountability and attempting to fix their poor service and food preparation they instead try and put the blame on the customer. Wake up, the reason people get angry and upset is because your performance is poor and you continue to refuse to address it. This time the manager wouldn’t even provide a name so it could be reported to corporate she was aware that was my intention and then proceeded to hang up. Dinner at 9pm
Order choc sundae got $4 of soft serve no chocolate. Store empty so not like they were busy. Kids cones were tiny and half melted Picture to Mecca's feedback tomorrow this is the third sub par performance in a row. Kids got a cone with dribble of soft serve. Rude attitude from servers terrible presentation of product Bye bye Edit tried HAS next door, terrific service and consistent quality food, no rude servers
Been told twice now that they can’t do frappes so have to drive to the better forrestdale maccas instead also this maccas looks very old and In need of a Reno.
Burger looks like it got thrown into the box and piece of the bun is missing
Go through drive thru and she said 1st window but sounded like 3rd window, why didn't she just say next window like normal drive thrus ? Made me go all the way back around just to pay, not very good customer service, incompetent staff
Please wipe you feet on the way out, never seen a McDonald’s so dirty scraps on table floor had to walk out of toilet not touching anything. windows
Been told to wait in bay for 2x bacon n egg muffins no one was behind me now 7mins later and cold drink now half finished and not as cold . Is this how they keep there time done by getting us all to wait in bays . And this isn't the first time either. No happy and food still not here.
