The hot pancakes were not hot at all. The butter did not melt on the pancakes . It tasted awful . Have informed the staff but they did nothing beside apologies. So disappointed with the service.
No complaints from me here as the sundae machine has always been working every time I have come in so I have never been disappointed with this store in all of my visits here. Plus there happens to be extremely good 5G reception in the store and surrounds.
absolute disgrace!!! the manager on today 13/1/23 4.10pm was rude, waited over 15mins in drive through for food to be thrown in a bag. when confronted she told me to go back to my car and wait, then smiled and gave me the thumbs up.Cant you get decent staff here!!! Wish I could share pics of how the food looked, they will go to head office
Terrible burger. One kid's meal missing a toy... one very upset toddler. No Coke products on tap, took Sprite as a substitute and it was literally water - no flavour added! Worst McDonalds experience ever, and even after providing feedback and asking for a response, months later, still nothing...
Absolutely hands down the worst maccas in Australia, barely a rush , 40 minutes ! It took to get a chocolate frappe ! No sorry for the wait, food was cold by the time we got it. This place needs to be closed down, staff do not have a care in the world
Took my three boys to get a weekend treat and it turned into a disaster. Waited over 40 minutes and the food, service and beverages were the worst that we have ever had. Such a shame that this establishment is ran how it is. I certainly won’t be running back.
You see Ive used this place two time one in dine in and one in drive through, They are drastically different, dine in feels more like a confrontation rather than a friendly hello but the drive through is eons better than the sad mistake for a dine-in, my personal take is that you should almost always stick with the drive through, it better, safer and just simpler and the parking is not a problem
Only ordered a iced frappe, took 20mins. Staff standing doing nothing and manger looking at me waiting and doing nothing. Stop discrimination against older people and emply them. Under 25 are so rude and don't care they didn't make your drink or food.
I arrived in McDonald's in thornlie forrest Lakes shopping centre to find the automated ordering system displaying the following message" we .are only taking take away orders atm. I waited for a staff member to attend yo me. At 12.23.48 my order was taken. It took the young man 5 minutes to do. My order wS finalised at 12.28, the price being $57.45. Please see attached photo. I witnessed the drinks being made straight away, please see attached photo, by the time I was given the drinks 14 minutes later they had started to melt. I witnessed at least 10 orders go out to customers in the drive through and 2 delivery meals go out , also inside orders like mine being numbers 131 through to 135 were called and given there meals before mine. It took 19 minutes to have my order placed and filled, if I had been in car I would have been asked to bay up and my order would have been bought to the car within 5 minutes. How do I know this.... because I have previously on many occasions attended the said store. When I approached the staff I got I have it now, no apology until I told the staff member that I would be placing a review as this service was unacceptable. Your company asked for feedback, I cannot be more angry at being not considered worthy of decent customer service just because I wasn't in my car. Disgusted
Probably my favourite McDonalds in Australia because they understand that ‘extra pickles’ means at least 15 pickles per burger. I really hope that staff member is the next CEO.
