Really poor cleanliness, all the tables needed whiping down & the floor was covered in food. Looked like the place had not cleaned for a while. The kids play area had stains on the floors, which had been there for quiet sometime
I'm ready to give up on this place I go through the drive through get asked to park up at least 10 minutes later our order arrives in the mean time others come and go it was only three burgers 24 nuggets two fries one drink we get home and the order is wrong it's missing one fries and half off the nuggets, that's twice it's happened through the drive through. So this time I decided to go inside hoping it's better if I'm standing there it's not unfortunately it's just as bad, I order three ice creams two large fries three burgers well we order then we stand there while staff are on the other side off the counter talking and laughing 4 minutes and we got asked if we'd like to order, I said we've already ordered 2 minutes later we get asked again, I said the same we've already order staff still chatting and laughing we're still standing there waiting then about 10 minutes later we get our ice creams and the girl says thank you, I say where's the rest off it and she just looks at me, anyway I could go on and on about it but I'll leave the rest up to you. I don't like going to this McDonald's now.
I booked the party room 3 weeks in advanced for my grandsons birthday party for 3 December 2022 We got there and the party room had not been cleaned it was in a filthy state and definitely not ready to be used. A couple of workers came in to clean and I said just wipe down tables as there's no time we have guests coming, the bin was being emptied and as the worker pulled it out a smell hit us that was disgusting when we turned to look to our horror there were live maggots all through the bin and surrounds of the bin itself. Maggots dropped from the bin and bag all over the floor so the workers went to mop the floor and mop the floor and did nothing but spread wriggling maggots all over the floor, we could no way have our children's party in there. I brought this to the attention of the managers on duty for the day and was met with just a apology. The other manager that was on had no sympathy or empathy of how truly embarrassed we felt inviting other children to the party and having to apologise to our guests. I asked why the room had not been cleaned in time for our party and do they clean after every use in wich the male manager said no it dosnt and he's not on every day. Absolutely pathetic excuse, disgusting store I will be calling the health department first thing Monday morning.
Eshays are scary, but, as per usual, this McDonald's is just like any other. Classic, ordinary, very unoriginal. Can't expect anything new from one store when it's a chain restaurant. You're going to find the exact same stuff here. It's not special, staff deserve a pay rise. Treat them with respectFood: 2/5
Went through the drive thru as it was after closing time for the front of store. The food was hot and fresh which was a pleasant surprise, usually it is either the fries or the burgers that are not fresh.
Ordered 2 breakfast meals and they forgot to give me the hash Browns included in the meals. The food was fast as they did not give you the full order, did not fulfill their contract obligations.Food: 1/5
I ordered a crispy aioli rap today and it was the best rap I have ever had nice and fresh I would also like to say thank you to the workers they where very polite
Ordinarily pretty OK service, speed and food as far as maccas goes, but very peeved at the LARGE chips I ordered last night. Packet was barely half full.
Only doing takeaway when I arrived, 0730hrs on Sunday morning. No noticeboard to indicate where to collect orders and because I ordered coffee had to pick up from 2 separate counters. While I was receiving my food they were calling my coffee order. Hard to hear when you are at the other counter. Having a noticeboard with orders displayed would be a good addition, especially for older people like myself.
Missing drinks from order after uber delivery. Had to go down to pick drinks up and got laughed at when they got a deserved serving. Seriously need to sort out management in this place, wasn't even busy and they still get it wrong. Useless.
