They are a long way from the affordable family restaurants McDonalds once were. Do your self a favour and go to your local Tavern and get a decent meal for near the same price. Not mchappy... just paid 90+ dollars. Firstly the screens were down... so we waited... all good. Ordered. Completely wrong... called up... yes I'm angry, who wouldn't be. Told I have an attitude when I asked are you going to fix it? Not happy!
North Rockhampton it's been the second time I have not received my x4 dipping sauces and I even reminded the girl to put my sauces into the bag at the last drive thru window and she said "yes, I'll put them in". Clearly went in one ear and out the other. I had also seen a young female staff member texting on her phone, chatting being silly with other staff members and just being unprofessional while not doing her job, she seen me looking at her than her male manager or supervisor came to the front counters and she quickly stopped and put her phone in her pocket and continued to do her job. I also got chips that had barely touched the oil not golden, but white and they were unsalted and alittle cold. What's going on?? They have been pretty good for the last few months. Is their a new manager or supervisors or something because they are not doing his/her jobs properly. Sort your child staff out!
Used the McDonalds in store online system and was using my rewards points when I went to finalise the transaction it malfunctioned so I questioned the staff and the manager at the time said you will have to pay at the counter I said I used my rewards points, therefore I lost nearly 10,000 points and had to pay for the goods when it was free . I said I want my points refunded and the staff said oh well . The manager and staff had no people skills and didn’t care one little bit with one of the staff members having a laugh about it . Definitely wouldn’t be recommending this store to anyone . Should never assume who your dealing with .
Wont tell you when you order that the item is not available until you get to the pick up window then try to get you to take what you don't want. Order a single pattie big mac get a double pattie. Ask for orders to be placed in separate bags it's all in 1.
What is with your playground. It’s the most dangerously ridiculous design I’ve ever seen. What happens when the child falls on the top floor and they just have to roll down to the bottom? Falling on every level? You also put the playground itself on the closest to the sun so it’s not protected by weather, there is a complete open space where it could’ve went. It’s also soooooo boring. 1 slide, 1 ladder. Have some variety, give the children a slide with like an obstacle course with a sea saw or just something else. Whoever designed this playground must not have ever met a human child before.
Compared to Macdonalds Yeppoon, this place is SO SO SO much better. Clean, good service, promptly served at counter and food came out fast. Maybe the Macca’s Yeppoon manager could do refresher training here.
Stinky toilet So far the worst maccas I’ve been to. Sorry but the smell really got me early in the morning. Public toilet is cleaner than here. What made me more angrier is the quality of the coffee cup. It melted by hot coffee and the lid popped out spilling the contents all over our car!
This is the dirtiest McDonalds I have come across. The toilets were the worst I have ever seen…EVER. The staff were arguing with each other behind the counter and the bins were overflowing and the floors were dirty. When we pointed this out to the duty manager it was received with rolling her eyes at me and when we went to the toilet before continuing on our journey they still had not been attended to.Do not stop here…keep going.
Order a double quarter pounder meal with 3 additional patty but given only 4. This not only happen to me but also to my friend who order a double quarter pounder missing a slice of patty too. What with the service at this place? It not even pack or crowded with people that you need to rush and all. Spend all this money just to get this service and food. Totally disappointed.
