Very busy24hr Macca's. Great location on corner of Malvern and Williams Roads. Ample parking. Two storeys.Upstairs quieter with bathrooms upstairs
When I pay the fair price of 14$ I don’t expect it to be perfectly made, but neither do I expect it to be as horrible as this monstrosity of a burger that I got. If I wanted to assemble my own bloody lunch I’d go to IKEA Half of the chicken filet was outside of the bun. I don’t know if the staff are cross with their manager but it shouldn’t affect customers
I was really happy with my visit to this McDonalds! Im not a fan of the new business model to completely ignore customer service and order on the machines or app to make the process faster, but when I asked for water and they heard hot water, they were more than happy to get it out of the coffee machine and give it to me for free. The double sausage McMuffin was a bit size, hash brown and iced vanilla coffee with cream all looked appealing and tasted good. There’s an upstairs section for privacy, bathrooms and it’s in a great location for walking inside or the drive through.
No adults present.. the majority of girls were hard working Which I highly respect as I know the job isn’t great, however there was one Dark haired girl who was Very unprofessional and Irritating as she was laughing and chatting the whole time and not doing much in the way of work while many customers were patiently waiting for their food. Waited 20mins for my food. Whole restaurant was filthy. Do not recommend I really hope those hardworking girls move onto better things as they deserve a more professional and better work environment because it seemed as though no one else was working.
Good service, drive through as well, but definitely not up to McDonald's standards Hopefully they were just having a bad day. Following is my review from about a year ago. This McDonald's has the dirtiest, most disgusting toilet I have ever seen. The toilet is not dirty because of the last person using it, I don't think it has been cleaned in a month. I have seen cleaner council public toilets. McDonald's be ashamed. I worry about the rest of the building.
Uber eats orders consistently wrong items and or missing items. The latest order of sundae pictured . Dismal
Came into the store with a couple of 11yr olds after rain quashed cricket ... alas my expectations to let them glance through a menu above the counter and learn some social interaction.... Crushed. All on individual screens. Processed. Paid for. Numbered ticket. Called out. Sad insight as to why modern society has zero resilience, empathy, compassion.
This is a biased review. Called in while on night shift at around 0400. Up until that time, we hadn't had a meal break since we started work at 7.00pm the previous day. Service was prompt, food tasted great and was really enjoying by both of us.Food: 4/5
Longest I’ve ever waited for an order, almost 23 minutes for a drink and 2 x burgers. Not enough staff & they were clearly unhappy. No apology for the long wait time either
Two ground and upstairs dining areas relatively kept clean and tidy. Only one mobile charging outlet on the ground level with a couple of ACDC and USB-A ports a and single ACDC outlet upstairs next to a small indoor playground and toilets. Service is usually slow and inaccurate. Menu is limited compared to other Macca's and some items are often unavailable. Kid-friendliness: Small indoor playground on the upper level next to the toilets. Parking: Limited outdoor parking bays on the side lot shared with servo. Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps and lift available.
