Coffees were just okay. The lactose free coffee lacked strength. Toilets were clean given the location. The lock for 1 toilet did not work. Staff are proficient.
Tables were dirty, staff were all uninterested and very unhelpful sadly. Food was still good, yet to see a McDonald's pre prepared burgers get butchered so far. It's a McDonald's, nothing amazing to expect here other than staff with not the best work ethics.Food: 5/5
Pretty much a stock standard Meccas. Surprisingly good burgers and fries. Both fresh and well put together. Staff were friendly and obliging. One query, we opted to eat in, but it was bagged as for takeaway. Is that standard, maybe because of covid, or is there no longer trays? Thanks.
As a part of my Sperm Donation Australia Tour of Melbourne after a lovely night in town and way back to my hotel, I visited here after midnight and got myself a mcchicken burger, what can I say a donor has to eat.
they are extremely busy and are rude also cold. don’t go to busy macs.
I am always sympathetic to workers BUT I waited 12 Mins in drive thru before they took my order and could. It get out due to set up then I had to wait to pay. What did I get, only 1/2 of my pack if fries filled, cold and a hamburger that was missing pickle and onion never received such poor service or food ever at McDonald's
We came from a music show close to midnight and thought we would buy 2 hot chocolates and 1 coffee to warm up while driving home. How disappointing. Everything was luke warm, and the sugar wasn't added to the coffee as requested.Food: 3/5
Terrible service here!! I’ve been twice in the past 5 months and every time I wait 15 -20 minutes or more in the drive through. I went last night and waited 20 minutes. When I got to the ordering sign, I waited about 5-10 minutes just sitting there. The girl Came on and said please wait. Then had to wait 5 minutes just to pay as there was no one there behind the counter. Honestly what is going on at this place???? What ever happened to “fast food” this macdonalds is doing something else. When I finally got my food, which was sitting on the counter out of my reach 20 minutes later, there was no one there to give it to me and I had to call out to the attendant inside to pass me my food. The food was cold and gross by the time I was able to eat it. This place needs to reorganise themselves with a focus on customer service and management I think they’re getting too many Uber eats/ menulog orders and as a result the service to customers who go out of their way to visit their store, is lacking and not adequate enough.
Apparently you are now required to bring a laptop to make an order at this McDonald's down. I was told by the girl at the counter that she is NOT taking verbal orders, only ones submitted via the McDonald's website?? The completely refused my order and cash. I now have to pay with 'wechat' and sell my data to a McDonald's app to get a milkshake. That's the stupidest thing that I've ever heard. Either the managers are getting too lazy to train the staff, or they are hiring the stupidest people possible to stuff food in bags and not do much else.
Actually the best mcdonald's I have had in years and I'm not even being sarcastic surprisingly,management must have great control over the food punctuality,because the burgers were nice and hot and well the chips were actually felt like I went back in time because they were delicious and extremely hot like how they are supposed to be,great work !
