We had an appointment which finished around 12.30 so Maccas en route home seemed like a practical lunch option given we were in a hurry. Everything was fresh which really makes a difference to the satisfaction levels probably helps being a peak time. I really enjoyed my mcchicken meal
Visited to see the historical aspects It's nice from outside , but inside totally change to modern, which is good. They Got few free good parking spots. I would recommend that you may utilise this facility in an emergency Parking: Got paid , 2hr , 4hr , and free parking
McDonald’s in Fitzroy North, opposite the road from Clifton Hill, is in a beautiful old art deco building, which most likely used to be a pub. Every time I have visited this particular McDonald’s, the restaurant has been very clean, the staff have been very professional and friendly, and the McCafé coffee has been anywhere between good to excellent.
Retro looking macdonalds in nice old building. No playground cause it’s a old building. But regular macdonalds food so you know what you’re getting.
One of continuously worst MacDonald's in inner city Melbourne. Keeping up its 10 year plus record! Bread/buns guaranteed to be stale, and if you want more than one pickle or ANY at all on a cheeseburger, nearly $5 in breakfast hours be ready for a debate, or to just be laughed at... ditto for any other discussing of unsatisfactory or inedible food ...with the "manager" who seems to be a different random employee each time. Mention the possibility of replacement burgers, and you will just be looked at with a face of incomprehension from staff/shift managers! Worst customer service around!
Gave me 9 nuggets instead on 10 :" never ever EVER ordering from this mc donalds again. I have been long time customer here one could say imma local legend round these parts and for them to just throw this naughty behaviour right into my face is just despicable and Dam right disgraceful, the audacity they have BEWILDERS ME!!
Had one of the worst customer service experiences ever. I needed to charge my phone in order to contact my mother since my autistic diabetic brother needed to eat. I had driven to the closest McDonald’s but discovered that Clifton Hill has to be the only McDonald’s without power outlets for customers to charge their devices. I explained the situation to the barista and she kindly agreed to charge my phone. However when she went over to the manager, the manager straight out refused to help. Luckily, a kind stranger offered her phone for me to contact my parents. Although the barista was lovely, extremely apologetic and did her best to help, I am absolutely appalled by how heartless the manager on shift was. I will be making formal complaints to McDonald’s about this because this situation could have resulted in a serious medical emergency if that kind stranger hadn’t have been there.
Ordered a medium 10 nugget meal and a small caramel sundae with extra Oreo. Medium 10 nugget meal - everything was cold fries were spilled all over the bag and the nugget box was open. Sundae - Lid was off the Sunday and the Oreo and ice cream spilt everywhere in the bag including on the drink, ice cream was melted. Very poor packing and food quality. Ordered through DoorDash and no it wasn’t caused from the driver as my partners food from another fast food place was packaged nicely
This is my large FLAT WHITE coffee half full. I was so mad I left it on the counter and said just keep it. I really didn't drink or tip any out, this is actually what I received. Unbelievable.. this is what you get when you have kids serving you. They are not a proper coffee place. Waste of time and money.
Awesome store, it doesn't seem busy at night. The speed of service is good, along with a clean and well lit store. I'd recommend this restaurant for a morning, lunch or late night feed. This is one of the most unique McDonald's restaurants in Australia, with it's architecturally significant building.
