MORE HIT THAN MISS. I know every McDonald's experience can go either way, depending on location and day and time and AND AND!... ...But today on a tuesday in the early arvo on school holidays it was good. Hot and nicely salted chips. well made burgers. pretty clean environment and, THE MOST IMPORTANT PART, a team that worked well together. oh... and everything was in my order. well done
The amount of sauce they put on burgers VIOLATES every part of your being, both physical and mental. Never in my life have I returned from eating a maccas burger looking as if I've just come from the trenches of WWI. Incredible. Keep up the good work. 10/10
I really hate giving bad reviews but after last night it can't be helped. This is hands down the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I avoid this McDonald's as best as possible as its so bad in all aspects from management down. I gave one star because I couldn't give none. But unfortunately last night I was left no choice but to go to this one. And in no way did my opinion change, it just reinforced why I avoid this store whenever I can. If I was the owner of this franchise I'd be having a good hard look at this business. If you want absolutely rubbish service and rubbish food with items missing you'll absolutely love this store. I can easily say I'll never set foot inside this store EVER AGAIN!!!!!
waited like half an hour to receive my order only to find that majority of it wasn’t accurate. ordered a happy meal and chose the toy option but received a book, fries were cold and oily. nuggets were okay. hash brown wasn’t even in a paper bag and the stickers weren’t fully on the delivery bag. wouldn’t order from here again.
I’m not sure why it seems to be ONLY this particular McDonald’s that can’t seem to get orders right. You can order the exact same items from any other maccas restaurant and there’s never a problem. Surely one place can’t be consistently bad, unless it stems from management? Not sure. Best to avoid.
This is my local McDonald's store, located in a fantastic central food hub off the main road. The branch has been through different management over the years so the level of service varies. Recently the experience has been positive, with locals making full use of food delivery apps. Plenty of parking outside and the self serve kiosks making the ordering process seamless and straight forward. Always great for a quick bite.
More miss then hit, if you order his Uber etc no problems. The drive through struggles, I was skipped 5 times, and gave up to go to the window. I have been now waiting 10min for an order of a single burger and drink, two weeks ago same struggles, and order was mistaken. Better off driving to frankston or frankston south
Sunday morning and the crew were being slammed as Frankston Drive through EFTPOS was off-line. The crew were working really hard to get everyone through in a timely manner, they communicated exceptionally well double checking our order and getting everything right in our order and being super chill and pleasant. These people deserve recognition and a pay rise. Take care of them as they would be an asset to any business. Plus it was the best, and most well made bunless Double Quarter Pounder ever. Other Maccas should take note of how these people operate. Dietary restrictions: Best bunless double quarter pounder. It had all the ingredients in between the two patties making it easy to eat. This is not how all stores do it, although they should. Often there is a slice of cheese between the box and a hot patties causing the burger to stick to the box and making it exceptionally difficult to eat and enjoy.
Terrible service. Waited almost 20mins for one coffee. Not short staffed but they couldn't move any slower. Orders before my number were being made and when I was handed my coffee a very sour "sorry for the wait" was given. This store is absolutely terrible for the service.
Unfortunately was busy and too much for the staff to handle. Had to wait 30 mins for our order. It was placed on the counter where it sat for almost 5 mins and not called. I had to ask for the drinks too. By tine we got to eat it was all cold.Food: 1/5
