I don't say this about fast food restaurants often but whoever made my order around 4.20pm on 28/11 it was awesome. Clean packaging with no grease smears, immaculately made burgers and fresh fries filled to the top. I was impressed!
Staff are pretty impressive. Management were kind to young employees and gave them really impressive mentoring. The bathrooms are a shambles. The men's room toilet door is literally not there. Like... kicked off the kings not there.
No ice in the drinks on a summers day? Drinks seem flat, no fizz in them at all.. So was served warm flat drinks. Missing sauces that come with a meal. Lucky to get a straw here sometimes
3 of the self serve machines kept glitching out so we went to the counter, service was wonderful very kind. Food took quite a while and the burger patties were completely dry and as thin as a slice of cheese but it was a good experience. Frappes there are to die for
They are very innovative and making awesome products

Feels like this location needs a thorough clean as I felt the floors in the dining were oily not just one time but most times I am in there. The toddler chairs looks kind of old and crummy too. Play area is on the small side and tends to generate static charge.
Used to be very good but their standards have dropped. Missing items, incorrect items, soggy chips with no salt, dry burger patties. Just not up to scratch. Especially avoid when busy-just go elsewhere...
Although the drive thru was super busy, they had very quick service and chips were fresh and nicely salted.
