Very well laid out, fast service, good atmosphere. This is 1 of the best Maccas we've been to in years. Not only was the order quick and hot, there were excellent seating options. We unfortunately live a long way from here for regular visits as it would likely be our favourite.Food: 5/5
I have lived around the corner from this Maccas for over 2 years now. I have yet to have a correct order or even be able to get my order from the window. On one occasion I waited 12 minutes outside before out food was brought and the chips were still cold. Yesterday I waited 9 minutes for the wrong order. This Team appears not to care too much as I've complained and they give no real answer from Dead Eyes that are uninterested. Seriously the worst Maccas in Geelong hands down. Will not attend this one again, ever.
I was there last Saturday afternoon and ordered a double big mac and I got a base instead of the sesame seed bun on top. I went to the counter and asked for a fresh one and I waited 10 minutes and the front counter floor was disgusting with all the rubbish and there was no attempt from the managers to get it cleaned up at all. I will never order from there ever again.

After waiting around 20 minutes in the drive through before having our order taken, we drove around to the next window where we requested to add a mcflurry to our order prior to payment where Siobhan personally responded “not possible” as a recent past McDonalds employee, I know that this is not true she also did not apologise for the wait. This was a terrible experience and Siobhan did not fullfill her duty’s of being a manager. Very disappointed, going to kfc next time.
Super happy staff played let it grow. On the way home from mount gambier at 7:30pm the cheeky MacDonalds run came through lovely staff
We stopped in for breakfast after departing from the Spirit of Tasmania on 18/2/23 and were so impressed with the cleanliness of the store and the toilets. This store also had table service as an option which is a rarity in McDonalds stores since Covid. The young man who served us with our meal at the table was also very polite even as far as the neat presentation of the food on the tray. All round an exceptional experience. We have never reviewed a McDonalds store before but felt that this store is worth a special mention. Parking: Plenty of spots.
Was waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru waiting bay . Ordered 2× 20 chicken nugget meal with sweet and sour sauce. Got no sauce. Had 4 ×10 nuggets boxes and not 1 of them had 10 nuggets. 3 had 8 and 1 had 9
5 5 I came through drive thru 12:20am and ordered nuggets, triple cheese burger and Dbl chicken and drove off. My son checked to realise we were given a regular chicken burger, I came back through drive thru again 12:30am spoke with cashier, which I'm sure he was the manager Micheal he apologised and corrected our order allowing us to keep the regular chicken burger,which we thought was a very kind gesture keeping in mind he didn't have to . Went to drive through just before midnight, was told to wait in a waiting bay. We had only ordered 3 burgers and 6 nuggets and had kids with us. All we wanted was some quick food to get us the last leg of our journey home. They served many cars before us for a duration of 20 minutes before we eventually were forced to get out of the car and speak to someone delivering food to another car. It seems they simply forgot or deleted out order. The person that eventually delivered the order to us after 25 minutes didn't even know what we had ordered, and she "came in hot and angry", no apology was made, she was full of excuses about being busy, and when I swore because of how badly we had been treated she threw the food at us without even confirming it was ours, because she threw the food the bag broke and we thought we were missing our nuggets. She went out of her way to antagonise and berate me for swearing, attempting to take the moral high ground and when I requested we get what we had ordered she stormed off and yelled that we weren't getting anything. There is no excuse for the behaviour of the staff member and we absolutely did not deserve the treatment we received. It was without a doubt some of the worst service I have ever received. I've never had such a nasty run in with someone from a fast food restaurant before, nor ever needed to physically chase them to try and get what I had paid for. She locked the door and seemed to revel in the idea that she may have ripped us off. It was extremely unprofessional and the woman involved should definitely not be working in a customer service role. She should be demoted, retrained or fired. I simply wouldn't have reacted the way I did if she hadn't thrown the food at us. I can't believe she was more interested in being defensive and attempting to rile a customer up than just providing what they had ordered, paid for and waited 25 minutes for. Shameful.
