Just came back from McDonald’s Erindale. Placed an order at 20:17 and got the order at 20:51. The order was a happy meal no pickles,add lettuce and ketchup got the order at first and the burger was as if someone stepped on it. Showed it tho the manager doesn’t look like a manager to me was told they’ll make a new one. Got my order and I just took it and left as my daughter was waiting and very hungry.Reached home to realise that they made a burger with pickles, no lettuce. And gave me the same old chips. My daughter doesn’t eat pickles that’s why I said no pickles and she likes lettuce.Was so disappointed when I opened the burger. I had to make her an instant noodles at 9:05 pm. Tried to call but line was busy. Will come back tomorrow with pictures of the burger and chips. Order number was 187. Unfortunately I don’t have the invoice with me. A staff ordered his meal after me at 20:28 order number 193 got his order before me . Not fair. Dietary restrictions: No Pickles.
Multiple times I have ordered so many missing items, including today. The dessert, sauces, cutlery/straws and HM toy weren’t there. I called the shop and in a dismissive tone, I was told to contact Menulog for a refund. Where was the accountability of the staff? I hope the owner or manager of this franchise take a closer look at the leadership and review the customer service quality. Being a fastfood shop doesn’t mean you can’t strive for a higher standard. Also one time i ordered for extra pickles and they overloaded my burger ‍ Hilarious
Have noticed quality of service going downhill recently. Most recently, I went through drive-thru - it took four and a half minutes just to have my order taken. When the person did take my order, they blurted so quickly that we couldn't understand what they said and had to ask them to repeat. I then provided feedback online and asked them to get back to me. Still waiting, two weeks later.
I ordered double Big Mac for my lunch today. They staff asked me to wait at the corner for my order. When I was about to eat my burger, all the beef patties are piled on each other. Not neatly done, so messy and was very hard to eat. I can't attach the photo here. I/We are regular customer of this branch but seems like the staff are not preparing the food neatly and properly. There are times that we even paid for extra lettuce but they didn't put any lettuce on the fish burger. BIG mac without cheese, soggy and cold chips and sometimes not cooked properly undercooked, maybe oulled the chips up before the timer runs out. Like, what is happening? And there are times not just one or two that when you drive thru at around 1am, their drive thru is closed due to computer system update that last for half an hour and they will ask you to go to Tuggeranong evethough you placed your order through the Maccas app. I believe Mc Donald's also have their standards and they train their staff before they start they job on their own stations. I recommend that they should conduct knowledge check to their staff and also regualr station meeting and gold standard training to check the knowledge of their staff. Mystery shopper will be a big help also to improve their product presentation and service.
Horrendously slow and overall bad customer service. Would highly recommend the drive to Jerra over trying here. Or try Hungry Jacks in Kambah. Both of which will probably feed you in under 30 minutes…
This our local McDonalds and it’s disappointing this is our closest one because without fail our order is consistently wrong. Today I ordered a sausage and egg McMuffin and a long black. I received a flat white and a McMuffin with just sausage and no egg and half a piece of the bottom bread. Also, the fries and hash browns are never crispy - This mcDonalds just needs quality control.
Ah, McDonald's - the fast food giant we all love to hate, and hate to love. You never know what you're going to get - a perfectly crafted burger or a complete mess of an order. Yet, no matter how many times they mess up, we keep crawling back like a burger-obsessed zombie. It's the fast food cycle of life - we know it's bad for us, but we just can't resist those golden arches.
Dirty dining room Ordered a burger it arrived cold and old and dry , asked for a new one then got what I reckon was the same burger put in the microwave
Just went to this McDonald’s, absolutely awful service and food. The coffee tastes like dirt, my ‘hot’cakes were ice cold and I got screamed at for asking for a lunch item. Definitely will not return. But seriously, save your money, this coffee is hard to finish, only still drinking it for the caffeine.
Placed an order with my maccas app. Waited in the waiting bay for 10 minutes. Order was given to us and we found out it was wrong. Went through the drive through and requested a correction. Was told to wait in the waiting bay again. After 5 minutes we received to corrected items. Got home and we are missing out sauces…. I’m glad that young people are working and earning money. But they need adult supervision. Erindale maccas consistently is a let down. Vegetarian options: Ordered no meat on burgers through my maccas app. And both burgers were made with meat.
