I'm a night worker so McDonald's is my go to for me and my partner. Workers are always friendly and in good spirits. Much like myself being young, I understand that the workplace doesn't always have to be serious so it is reassuring to seeing them having fun from time to time Parking: Given that I was there at night around 10, there were several parks available. I'm retrospect I find there is still adequate number of parks available during the day aswell.
Absolute chaos. Food missed from my order. Staff that are lack lustre and have little enthusiasm for what they're doing. The restaurant was filthy. The ability to order at machines and wait...and wait...and wait for your food has taken away the human connection and it feels as though the people working there just couldn't care less about the place.
The drive through service was terrible. The girl taking our order spoke really fast, but mumbled when she spoke. She didn't listen at all. The wait time at 7am on Saturday morning when we were the only vehicle there when we arrived was ridiculous. The customer service at McDonald's has definitely gone down hill.Food: 4/5
Waiting 25 minutes for a milkshake and ice-cream can hardly be called fast food. After 20 minutes I noticed they skipped out order somehow and had to ask someone to follow up. The ice-cream and milkshake was at least really goodFood: 4/5
Wouldn't ordinarily review a McDonald's, but I drove away thoroughly impressed. Drive-thru was busy, but the team was keeping it moving and I have to say is the fastest I've ever experienced. Nothing more frustrating than sitting for ages, and the way the line kept moving and food was being made so speedy was amazing. Burgers were piping hot and fresh too.
Depending on what time you arrive, you may or may not receive great service. The young employees are rude and tend to ignore customers. Young and old. Otherwise, come at a convenient time and the service is great.Food: 3/5
Worst maccas in the Wellington region, possibly the country. Drive through is pretty much always packed so much that you waste $10 gas just sitting there and if you walk in your treated to a lovely 45 minutes for two cheeseburgers and a drink. seems like the systems broken. Fast food means fast food not 45 minute food.
