Ordered from here multiple times through just eat, had missing or replaced items without being contacted first, I ordered 2 orange juices and a milkshake, and received a small and large oasis, which had leaked in the bag, as someone who has previously worked at a mcdonalds, this restaurant needs to do better.
Very clean and great service also has a lovely covered seating area outside. Vegetarian options: Love the new Mc Plant also serve a great wrap
Very busy and the queue for the drive-thru blocked access to and from the car park. Food took quite a while which was understandable but the cheeseburger was on the cold side of cool and that shouldn't be the case when food is being served constantly. Not impressed with this branch.Food: 2/5
Honestly one of the best McDonalds I've visited with my little girl. They'd gone all out with the Halloween decorations, service was fast , food was good, hot and fresh. Specially thanks to the member of staff who sat with my little girl whilst I ran to the toilet. She didn't leave her side. Very grateful. Would defo recommend and will be returning. Fair play to you ALL. Vegetarian options: Loads of options. Kid-friendliness: Amazing. Parking: Plenty. Wheelchair accessibility: Perfect.
Waited ages for the food, when we finally received it there were multiple items missing from our order. Burgers missing toppings, bacon that was paid extra for, one even missing a whole burger patty and cheese and two fries missing, the food was also barely warm. I was very disappointed in this and when I went in to resolve the issue the women I spoke to was very blunt and rude, did not apologise once and said she had to see everything wrong with the food to replace it. My friends had to speak to them multiple time just to try and get the fries they never gave us as they asked for proof that we didn’t have them!
Very busy on our visit. No take away pots of ketchup. Food was delicious still though. The only thing I find annoying, which isn't the staffs fault, is the parking. The drive through is right next to parking bays, and cars queue up in the exit lane meaning its a nightmare to get out once in. Potentially a Marshall at busy times would help this?
After tonight's visit I have decided not to return again. I waited nearly 20 minutes for a fillet fish and four cheese bites. The restaurant was empty and the drive thru was also quiet so it wasn't because the staff were rushed off their feet. The staff in the kitchen were giggling and messing about and six of them walked out for a break then came back in 10 minutes later, I guess that's what took so long for my 'fast food'. When my order finally arrived, the young girl called out "guest 22" and my order number being 20, I said "I've been waiting nearly 20 minutes, how much longer will my food be?". She looked at me and said "oh, I think this is yours". So I almost had my food given to one of the other lads waiting. To top it all, the food was cold and the girl forgot to put the tomato sauce that I'd paid for in the bag. 0/10
Nice Maccys, toilets were clean. Although it's app and self service touch screen only. With a new style service hatch. Plenty of comfy seating. I'd say better than your average Maccy D'sFood: 5/5
Sat inside ordered to the table and the food took almost 20 minutes, and it was cold it was not that busy near closing time and it was just a burger that was ordered. Enjoy coming in to maccies but that took the biscuit for a cold burger.
It was ok but next time I would like a breakfast roll with a touch of brown sauce NOT a brown sauce roll, even though it was guiet the services was very slow just like the ordering machine crashed twice me Dad had to sort it in the end lolRecommended dishesParking spacePlenty of parkingParking optionsFree parking lot
