3.6 - Never been to this Mackers before - swung by on my way. Lots of convenient parking and I love that there are separate booths, TV and an outside to look at! I wanted to like it so much - Cheeseburger and Fries came pretty quick although my Tea was lagging behind...which then made the fries less palatable, getting cold easily. The amount of milk in the tea was way too much and it made my tummy queasy. Can we just put it on the side next time? It's not a Latte! Cheeseburger was lovely and cheesy but needed a tad more tomato sauce!
I recently visited McDonald's Croydon Park and my experience was overall average. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and efficient in taking my order. I ordered a classic Big Mac meal, which was prepared quickly and tasted as I expected it to. The fries were hot and crispy, and the drink was cold and refreshing. However, the meal was not particularly memorable or exceptional in any way. The restaurant was fairly busy, but I was able to find a table without difficulty. The seating area was comfortable and well-lit, but the noise level was quite high due to the number of people and the busy atmosphere. One downside of my visit was that the restaurant did not have a working ice cream machine, which was disappointing as I had been looking forward to a McFlurry. Additionally, while the staff were friendly and polite, they did not go above and beyond to make my experience exceptional. Overall, my experience at this McDonald's was average. It met my expectations for fast food and provided a convenient and affordable meal, but it did not offer anything particularly memorable or outstanding. Kid-friendliness: Nice area for the kids to play in Parking: There were a limited number of parking spots. Good McDonald's , service is good. Special mention to one of the workers . His name is Stephen , always on his feet , cleaning makes sure the store is clean, he takes a lot of pride in his work. Always have a small chat with him when I come in to McDonald's.Such a nice you man
The staff were very friendly to help out, very disambiguate staff. Lots of parking spots availability. The food tasted awesome. It was spotless clean. Last need to clean toilet more often. Good service.Food: 4/5
3rd time ive orderred mcdonalds via uber ests. 3rd time theyve sent a wrong item. Vanilla coke instesd of a vanilla thickshake this time. Once ok but 3 times in a row, how bad is this Mcdonalds store.
Took a detour to the drive-thru for one of their app deals 2 days ago. It said it is not available. Went somewhere else. I've been there two times before that. Really nice staff. Food is good as usual. Kid-friendliness: Fries and nuggets. That sums it up. Parking: If you come from the west on the opposite side of the road, turn right into the side street right before you reach McDonald. There is a car entrance on that street. It is a no right turn from the main street.
On Sunday we came to order meal with. It was very busy, I got order fresh and in time. Manager was so kind with customers. Cant ask more than that. Thanks to all staff.
My burger was made wrong but I’m leaving the 5 stars for the older lady who made the coffee Fotni ?. Felt truly bad seeing someone her age working there amongst the school aged children that were there. Hope things get better for her
Maybe i was just unluky. Stopped by for lunch, waited over 30 minutes to get a normal meal even though there were only 4-5 people in front. Seams like the front desk was just running around unefficiently. Food was at the mac level as usual, but the beacon had a weird taste. Pmllace smelled too inside. Not pleasant.
Very bad experiences early in the morning, I wishes this issues will be solve in some days! Really really really terrible, I met the customer service I guessed was managers there, she abused me as in the customer's reports lost drinks in previous orders as my job uber eats driver's for 3days from now. I would like to sounds out for every customer's and uber driver's. She really terrible as a front line services stuff as not professional judges, abused, racist what a shame as Australia was migrants country for aged years ago!!!! Hi Highest MacDonald's Croydon Park she said to me I will not let you in this MacDonald's???Interesting, I not did anything wrong with checking I don't even open it!! I knew the hygiene care for goods and foods. She just been so so so so so so rude to me early in the morning made my days!!!! Sad to see this attitudes wishes you will do something for it, I will also going to write in an emails to uber eats and MacDonald's customer cares either NSW consumers. Really disappointed and felt sorry those had been happening again and again it's upset me so much!! Good luck to you Ronald MacDonald's, hope I don't wrote wrong name all the best old ladies!!!!
