I used to come here with confidence of the service but not anymore. I paid for Bacon Beef Angus meal through drive-thru and went home to find out that there was no bacon in my burger. This is ridiculous and apparently lack of dicipline on the staff and lack of sufficient training. The poor management has successfully turned me, who was a loyal customer, to someone who will never go there again! And i can see from other review I'm not the only customer encountering issue like this. I'm sure they've recieved complaints quite a number of times but never bother to resolve the issue.
I bought take away double cheeseburger. When I open at home the burger look rough wrapping. So disgusting. Please teach your workers work properly.
BEST consistant McDonald's Staffing ‼ I travel everyday for work, I have stopped into all McDonald's from CBD to Bankstown. The Staff here are super friendly to customers & eachother, they are respectful, helpful, pleasant & patient. They get your order correct like adding salt & pepper or cutting toastie in half, if asked. Food is not slapped together even if they're busy‼ Always right amount of sauce not too much not too little. They don't make you wait at the counter, they attend to you straight away‼ Food is always FRESH & HOT. Exceptional Team Work, Pride & Customer Service, thank you so much for the consistent pleasurable visit‼ ps - Can you please train the manager Kylie & her slack staff at Stanmore McDonald's...seriously
This is the first McDonald to not only adjust our order appropriately, but they also made sure our order was fresh and complete. The restaurant was inclusive, comfortable and sensory kind for my son who has Autism and adhd. Would love to attend again. Thank you.Food: 5/5
Fast food queue was really fast. Chicken nuggets were freshly cooked. I ordered 6 chicken nuggets with happy meal. Surprisingly, the total chicken nuggets were only 5. It could be count error but be cautious!!
Chips and nuggets arrived stale/dry, seems like it's been sitting there for a long while both taste and texture was like eating cardboard, no exaggeration. Food quality has been consistently bad regardless whether it's from the drive thru or delivery. The entire meal excluding coffee ended up in the bin, it was inedible.Food: 1/5
Very slow service. Wanted more than 30 minutes for the order to be done. Probably would've waiting longer if I didn't question my order. Ask to speak to the manager but no manager and no apologies. That to me is very poor service. From my view, the staff and crew were more interested in a social aspect than running a business or restaurant if you can call that. Whoever is in charge or owns the business needs to lift the staff standards cause it shambolic. I wouldn't let my children work at this McDonalds
love the place. but its just frustrating every time you buy a meal for take away. you really have to check and open the bag every time I meant “EVERY TIME” coz if you don’t there is always missing item. Its like five times now I forgot to open it and check and something is missing. minutes ago forgot the check and guess what burger is missing and replace with hash brown. by the way if the manager sees this its Number 110 on contactless order as always out of paper/receipt between 10:45-11:00am
The in-house service is the absolute worst. Unfortunately, I have to attend my zoom meetings here 3 days a week. I've tried to order table service because I'm in meetings, and it will never arrive. When I go to the counter, the food will be cold and I'll receive eye-rolls when I ask for it to be redone. So to stop this, I tried to start ordering at the counter before my meetings start and time after time I will stand there watching the teenage staff divulge into stories about their relationships before moving to make anything. At least once a week, I will have waited over 15mins for "fast food". I'm over the poor attitude and the lack of concern for paying customers.
11:30PM, 24th of November. We we’re waiting for our takeaway food for 30mins and i asked the lady in front if the food is ready and she gave me an ice cream which is for my brother at home without the food and she nagged at me that “Just eat that first and your food is almost ready” in a rude way. I didn’t touch the ice cream that she gave me but its already melted and we asked for a new one but she remain to be rude. They’re not short staffed they’re just slow. Please fix this
