Perfectly fine Macca's. Access and location is rather convenient as it is placed right on the entrance to Barkley Square shopping centre. Lots of self service kiosks and plenty of tables but there is only one bin resulting in it being almost always full. Staff are perfectly fine and I've never had any issues with the food.Food: 4/5
I recently visited the McDonald's in Brunswick, and I must say, the experience was outstanding, thanks in large part to an exceptional worker named Tom. From the moment I walked in, Thomas greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. Not only is Tom incredibly efficient and professional, but he's also quite handsome, which added a pleasant touch to the visit. It's clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the customers. He took my order accurately and quickly despite the busy environment, and his friendly demeanour made the entire dining experience more enjoyable. Tom went above and beyond to ensure that my order was perfect, even checking back to make sure everything was to my liking. His attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent service are truly commendable. It's rare to find someone who is so dedicated and passionate about their job, and it made a significant difference in my visit. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, exactly what you'd expect from McDonald's. Overall, Tom's exceptional service, positive attitude, and good looks made my visit to McDonald's Brunswick a memorable one. If you're in the area and looking for a great dining experience, I highly recommend stopping by and hoping that Thomas is there to serve you. Keep up the fantastic work, Thomas! Kid-friendliness: What truly stood out was how wonderfully Tom interacted with the kids. He was patient and kind, taking the time to listen to their requests and even making them laugh. His positive energy and attentiveness made the kids feel special and taken care of, which is no small feat in a busy restaurant.
2 Cheeseburgers w/ no onions or pickles in a meal delivered in less than 3 mins during the Sunday that I popped in. Definitely one of the better McDonalds meals I’ve had in a while.Food: 5/5
have a quick meal during peak hour as usual and quality always up to the standard. just the cashier staff who took order today at the counter are not skillful needs to be well trained.Food: 4/5
Thank you McD for a super cold tomato cheese toasties with unmelted block of cheese, one bread ripped to half and the other bread inked with some logo. Way to make food edible and presentable! I opened the toastie within 5 minutes of buying and it was so cold to the touch on a hot sunny evening indicating that it was never even heated up before serving to the customer, also evidenced by the perfectly cut cheese slice in the middle, it wasnt even melted! It was impossible for me to open the package without ripping the bread on one side! The other side had weird ink stamped on. It was a total waste of money!
Most of the staff are nice, but there was a female manager who kept chatting with young handsome customers during the night shift and was unwilling to serve other customers in line. Everyone was waiting for her alone and gave me a bad look when it was my turn. . The handsome young customer was obviously an underage teenager. What the manager did made me feel sick.
After dining at this restaurant I can comfortably say that your crew member, Thomas H is more than worth a 10 minute break. As an older man sometimes I struggle with my mobility but Tom came out from the kitchen and aided me to a seat, as well as bringing me my food which was absolutely delicious.Food: 5/5
Easy to order and quick to serve. There was this weird tension between staff and the gentleman who seemed to be the manager. Not the friendliest person, which is a huge flaw in a manager.Food: 4/5
A man at the counter really was quite touching. He was super respectful and genuine, which made me and my family at ease. Super friendly staff. Thanks again AF for giving us such an amazing experience here.Food: 5/5
I must say, a good feed at a fast food establishment is hard to come by these days. A young employee with initials AF served me the other day with what was probably the most impeccable customer service I have ever experienced. 10/10 service from this kind, gentle and gracious young man. What a guy!Food: 5/5
