These guys are serious about customer service. Every effort is made to ensure all things are taken care of. The fries are always perfectly cooked

Absolutely useless They double charged us . We payed over R300 TWICE I phoned million times even went to the store. Useless service and so rude It's been over a month and still we didn't receive our money back

Really bad experience I had with the manager of this restaurant. I was placing my order and the the guy was so rude. I asked him about his situation that he is good and he agin given me a ride answer. Should has to ease there standard of customer service.

Meals great, our grandson had lots of fun in playground.

Don't order food late at night. Multiple instances where I ordered drive thru late at night and they either got my order wrong e.g. got 4 nuggets instead of 6 and didn't get any sauce despite asking for sauce or the food quality was below average. Any other time, it's okay I guess.

Made a order and had to go back 3 times because they got it wrong. Very frustrating
