Ordered a large meal and nuggets. They gave me the package with everything but they didn't give me the fries as per the meal. They wouldn't pick up the phone and by the time I got home it would be a solid 30 minute drive back. It's happened a few times with other McDonald's but they've always responded pretty promptly with a solution. Rather disappointed with this poor responsiveness
Asked to wait 10 minutes at midnight due to the eftpos system being down or resetting or whatever, we gave them 15 minutes to be safe. After waiting, we were asked to wait another 10 to 15 minutes. If it's not going to be ready in the time you originally asked us to wait absolute joke coming from a company the size of this by the way, just tell us so that we don't waste 15 minutes sitting around in the car park when we could have just been on our way to somewhere else.
The restaurant in general was pretty clean and tidy, chips weren't super fresh but ok. The sauce didn't make it into my burger but outside my burger bun and all over the wrapper instead lol. Staff were friendly and helpful. Toilets were pretty grubby.Food: 3/5
I was shocked when I checked my bank account later in the day. Mcdonald's for 3 adults was $61.40. I was going to get Bahn Mi & spring rolls which would have cost $33 for 3 adults. No wonder I rarely go to Maccas. I could have added 3 Pho soups and it would have only been a couple more dollars than Maccas. I also asked for my nuggets to be cooked freshbecause they are like rubber otherwise, they weren't cooked fresh.
Nowadays, Mcdonald is insufficient at completing order! I can see more and mire customers wait at McDonalds. Sometimes, staff forget to put a drink or other stuff in uber delivery! Thats not stop yet ……. Waiting is going on weekends:
After Rod Stewart we were in need of sustenance. The young man made excellent coffee, and chippies were perfect. Good job for late at night.
I went through the drive thru between 9-10pm on Friday 25/11. I ordered a salad and they made it wrong, so I went back through drive thru and explained what happened and they remade it, but they remade it wrong. So I went into the store and spoke to the female manager who was on. She handled the situation beautifully, gave me a refund and offered a replacement item. She also spoke to her staff and personally made the replacement item for me so that it was right. Very impressed and happy with how she handled the situation. Excellent work!
Clean store, pleasant staff, good coffee, burgers stacked as they should be, fries hot. This store is one of the best, , been here several times and never disappointed. Keep it up abd don’t get complacent.
Going through drive through they almost always send you to a wait bay even when there is noone behind you!! With the Frappes they try to cut the time it takes to make by not blending enough so ice will get jammed in the straw which is annoying!Food: 2/5
Although I gave them 2 stars I must say the store was surprisingly very clean and tidy. Floors were clean of food scraps and weren’t slippery and greasy like most stores floors are. However it was abit concerning that the manager on shift can’t count.... from memory I think her name was kalisha, I gave here $11 for my meal that was $10.65... and received no change, I didn’t think much of it as she started to count it.... but then still received no change, I understand mistakes happen and it was only 35 cents, however as she was a manager this did concern me.... You would expect more and a higher focus rate from a manager but this certainly wasn’t the case, if your wanting a clean store to visit this is the place.... just make sure you get the right amount of change back when visiting
