The most shocking drive in service I have ever experienced. Big thumbs down from us. Ended up driving off with no food because they stuffed up our order and then tried to get us to drive around and order/pay again with a car full of small children. Not good enough!!
Well, it's McDonalds... As far as this kind of food goes, it was good. Hot and seemed recently cooked. I was impressed with the young lady who noticed I hadn't seen/heard my coffee was ready and came and gave it to me. Great to see staff with nice mannersFood: 2/5

Got a fillet of fish & coke , yep okay normal. Got semi warm cup of tea yuk... Staff seamed ok but started screaming at each other, yelling & laughing thought okay just abit happy all young staff and workers. Then saw staff running flat biscuit thru store to back office ....extremely dangerous, unsafe in a kitchen with hot oil cookers & emplyees moving with food order. We have safe work principles at our mine, safety our no one concern . I would have said something but its seems it was the young manger who was involved??????????? WOW
There are 30 designated car spaces at McDonald's Kotara and not one was vacant for customers. I expected to see 60 plus customers inside but there were 4. Obviously non McDonald's customers are using the customer car parks and the owners are doing nothing about it! I won't be coming back. Tip - put up signs that vehicles will be clamped and towed. That will stop it.
We went through drive though. The side next to us took their order three times before they asked our side. Then we got put through to waiting bay which is fine but we waited for 30 minutes before our order was ready, meanwhile cars were driving past and through the drive thru so quick. I’m so off and disappointed and starving. Just want my chicken n cheese and my hamburger. Do better be better. Xoxo gossip maccas
Agree that the food is Maccas, can't complain about that but unfortunately, all too frequently, when we get home and check our orders, there is always something missing. Also their Fanta obviously isn't ever mixed as it taste like carbonated water and barely orange. I understand things go wrong, thats life, but this is happening all too frequent. They need to take more care. Terrible Maccas
Worst Maccas store in the world. Can’t get take away, drive through orders correct or even Uber eats orders correct. Cannot believe the issues I have every time I visit or try to order from this store. How hard is it?? I honestly have trouble understating why this store has the issues it does..
To begin, the music is way too loud. I took my grandparents for lunch and we ate outside; whenever the door opened, we could hear the blare of music. Most unappealing, especially for the older crowd. Plus, the crew manager forgot to give us cutlery for our salads. Too distracted from the loud music, most likely. Parking: We found it difficult to park.
We have been here a few times lately especially since McDonald’s Express in Westfield Kotara store permanently closed down in August / September 2022 , We have found some of the staff members to be friendly and helpful and polite but there is still a handful who really need to start listening to customers when they’re asked something like can they make sure the food is cooked fresh at all times when ordering in person as well as when customers order via the self service computer screen, Otherwise the restaurant is clean and doesn’t take to extra long to get your food, The chocolate soft serve ice cream is yummy , I do recommend this restaurant.
