The touch screens take away an opportunity for staff to interact with customers. However, food delivery to my table was quick and friendly. The staff member was keen to make sure my order was correct and offered to make the order right if not. The fries and burger were fresh and the right temperature. My table was clean and comfortable. For a Maccas experience, this was above average for the fast food icon.
So I ordered Uber eats and omg yus queen so good! So many m n ms in the McFlurry and although they said on my bag have a lovely day and it is night time so it should have been have a lovely night, soooo good omg yus #mclovinit

I read all the bad reviews of this Maccas and thought to myself "But surely all Maccas are the same, right?". Wrong! This specific Maccas is pretty terrible. For instance, I ordered two chocolate frappes in the drive thru, and I was shocked at how much they filled each drink. Can't even fill a drink and give you what you paid for!
i went here Monday night for dinner. there was a bit of a wait but nothing to bad. the reason I gave this place a 4 stars just because of how good the customer service was. i got served by a young tall blonde boy that was very polite and friendly.
Waited 45 minutes for two burgers, every staff member on their phones and chatting while the entire restaurant was waiting! Then after 45 minutes I asked where my food was and they gave me a refund instead of cooking my food, clearly there own job is to hard for them.
I waited over 10 minutes for an 85 cent chocolate cone. There was no one at the counter to ask why my order was taking so long. The staff seemed too busy with drive thru orders to look after dine in customers. I ended up walking out with nothing because I was in a hurry, and couldn't wait any longer for something that normally takes a minute or two. Idk what happened to the service area after the revamp, but it sucks now. There are too many self service boards, and not enough room for waiting for orders,lol The other times I've been here, the food was pretty good compared to other stores in the area.
We ordered our food for table service and instead our order was called out. We we went to get the order we told them we had it as table service and staff didn't care and was rude. The female toilet had no toilet paper and bin overflowing. Seating area was not wiped down and bins not been emptied. DONT ADVISE ANYONE TO GO THERE UNLESS YOU DONT CARE ABOUT HOW YOUR TREATED AND ENJOY YOUR FOOD ORDER TO BE STUFFED AROUND AND SLAPPED TOGETHER AND SIT IN OTHERS FOOD MESS. ALSO WAY TOO MANY YOUNG PEOPLE WORKING THERE THAT ARE THERE JUST FOR THE MONEY AND NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
What a shocker... 30min wait. Only advised frappe and thickshake were unavailable upon collection of the order and offered coke as alternative. When we opted for a refund, they proceeded to spend another 5mins trying to get the frappe machine to work instead of simply actioning a refund. Chips cooked to death. Team looks like fish out of water. Disappointment seems to be a common occurrence here. I'd say it needs a serious overhaul operationally.
This McDonald's seems to be very clean and has friendly staff. They made an error with my order, I showed a manager the error and without any question the manager happily corrected it at no charge. Made a negative situation into a positive one very quickly. 10/10 will order again.
