Extremely slow service! My burger was sitting on the counter with many other orders without staff calling out numbers for at least 5mins! The kitchen was an absolute mess, suprises they don’t have roaches or rats…
Used drive thru, very busy, over 15mins to get order. Quarter Pounder cold and no pickles. Very poor standard. Tried phoning store and number rang out. Will never go back.
This is without doubt the worst Maccas around. I have already complained to the head office multiple times and have seen little improvement. Even though this particular franchise is the closest to us, we now drive to one out of the way because they can’t get anything right here. The coffees are undrinkable. Not sure if it’s because the machines are filthy and need cleaning or because staff haven’t been trained properly. There are always shortages of basic things. In fact the other day I overheard staff talking among themselves that the manager is stingy and refuses to order adequate amounts of stock when it gets low. Hence the constant supply issues for basic things like whipped cream and various toppings. This place has never got our order correct once. Always several major things like burgers missing because staff are only half paying attention. For example; ordered a strawberry sundae but was given a caramel frappe. There must be something seriously wrong going on behind the scenes here because I have never had any issues anywhere else.
I went for a burger box for my family, young man named jack served me and I am absolutely FLABBERGASTED how great his service is! He was wearing a blue shirt at the time and would be well suited for a position in management, if he's not already. I had a problem with my burger box and he helped me quickly and was easy to talk to. Clearly knew more than the actual manager!
Not a fan of McDonald's but the drive through is useful in an emergency when you need a quick bite to keep you going. There were two lanes with a few of us in each but it moved quickly and smoothly. Food is consistent with fast food, only ordered fries and a drink.Food: 3/5
Pleasing to the eye in a great location and menu is very sufficient. However I know because of speed of process self-service kiosks have been installed, this may be helpful for speed of processing orders, but it does not send a good message to those who find this process difficult and sometimes it is hard to navigate through the screens….. when will management of companies get this simple message that people prefer personal face-to-face contact with staff and not machines ! it is very impersonal and I do not like it. It is easier to train a machine than it is to train a human being. Not a good look for management of a company and and does nothing for customer service but cause frustration for those who aren’t as technically savvy as others
If I could give 0 stars I would! This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been in! All bins overflowing, even rubbish where the trays at supposed to go, no clean tables, my order was completely stuffed up! Go back to counter to get the rest of my order to be told it would be cooked fresh - I received 2 cold not at all fresh cheese burgers. Crew trainer needs to be replaced she has no clue what she's doing & your manager young guy curly hair has no idea. Toilets are disgusting, no toilet paper. I understand it gets busy, but speaking to other customers that have been here before said this is 'normal' for this store! If a health inspector walked in right now, this place would be closed down! I will NEVER come back here again, I will be keeping my receipt, if my kids & I get sick from this food, I will contact the health inspector myself!!
I just went to the maccas. I am very disappointed because there was no warning about there was no cones for my soft serve. I got given it in a lid. The lid then had a crack and went on my favourite jumper. I am so upset after my bad work. I was really feeling the soft serve. I hope no one feels this pain ever.

Filthy.... Just popped in to get a coffee and use the toilets. Omg... Not only was the toilets a disgrace. The whole of the restaurant needs a good thorough deep clean. Get with it... Macca's. Or manager!! Teach the youth to do what is required. Cleaning should be part of their job too.
