Pretty good store. Recently renovated, looks nice.
RUDE, RUDE, RUDE customer service, I ended up not getting my order, because of one of the staff's rude behaviour. I will definitely report her to her manager as this behaviour is not excepted.
I would give zero stars if I could. We ordered drive through: 4 burgers alongside 2 fries WITH gravy. We waited for 7 minutes and were given fries like ordinary ones without gravy that tasted like it was already reheated many times. So disappointed that I paid for GRAVY LOADED FRIES but were given gravy-DEPRIVED fries.
Staff were friendly and order was ready fairly quickly. Ordered ahead and a bit disappointed I had to park and wait but it's Saturday diner and busy so it's fair enough.
My order had barely warm chips, my husband asked for a sparkling water and got still, asked for a happy meal with a book and Apple pieces and got toy and chips. The order on the screen was correct they just didn't bother. Very poor effort.
Food good but not so if you order chocolate thickshakes. Need much improvement! Hardly any chocolate, disappointing & waste of money.
Good parking. Fast service. Food quality wasn't quite as expected lopsided!
