I asked the restaurant to please make my food fresh as I had a 10 min drive and it would be cold otherwise when I got home. Rather than doing this the drive through operator stated all their food was fresh. I asked them to make it from scratch and said I was happy to wait. He stated that it had all just been made. My food came out cold and stale like it had been sitting there all day. Management were nice on the phone. But I did not want to make the 10 min drive to replace my order as I have a baby and toddler at home. It was a bad experience to have drive through staff argue rather than listening to the customer. Not good.
I’m not the worlds biggest junk food lover but Macca’s is my go to, especially drunk, hungover or overseas and need some familiar food. I think I’ve eaten in many different ones across Oz and beyond. The Port Adelaide one is nutritiously bad within the local area. I have tried a number of times to return and give them another go but last night was the end. We took 3 kids and 3 adults and not one meal was to standard. The place was a disgrace and service was terrible. I felt so sorry for the Uber drivers… the communication was appalling and I even tried to help them. The Sunday looked more like a puddle than a icecream. No pride consistently… they are always understaffed, even prior to Covid and the staff look untrained and without structure. Go around the corner to KFC and it’s a fine tuned machine. It’s a shambles and there is no need for it to be that way. They need help
Absolute joke of a store. Didn’t give us all our food in drive through and then when we called up and told them the dude on the phone said he would fill out a complaint form and asked me to wait. I waited for ten minutes while I heard him serving customers and joking around with someone. I eventually just hung up. You will never receive a single cent from us again and we will tell as many people as we can about the garbage service you have repeatedly given us. While I’m at it I’ll add a photo of a burger with a free piece of hair we got from the same store 2 weeks ago. I let that slide but not anymore. The burgers are definitely better elsewhere and that’s how we will spend our money from now on.
Self service machine wasn't working properly. Had to line up for the lone open manned register. My order came out wrong. Twice. Was still not correct the second time. Fries were half full. Coke was flat. Burger was made poorly. The restaurant was also generally untidy. Sticky countertops and tables. Broken display screens. 0/10 do not recommend.
Don't go there at night time eshays will be blocking your path and will try and Rob you for your shoes
if i could give negative reviews i would. this is a complete joke. i ordered from McDonalds port Adelaide a few times, through menu log and this time i had enough. "blaming the delivery service" for there stuff up when they originally packed the order in the first place. spoke to "a so called" manager who advised me to take it up with the delivery service on which it wasn't their fault in the first place. Do not order from there again because you will never get the correct order.
Give them another try she said, Angus meal deal..fries and drink, not bad, the burger, the actual meat patty was very dry and crumbly x 2, the so called salad was 1 half of a heart of lettuce, half a paper thin pickle, 3/4 piece Tom, i think a slice of cheese tried to participate but must of left in a hurry, as there was a small corner left, and the Mayo missed the boat as well, service was pleasant, but I'm sorry the 2 star rating is for the service and the coke....$13.60.....HUNGRY JACKS here we come....
Sitting in a 10min wait line for drive through to get a burger like this, plus an extra 10mins in the waiting bay.
They gave me my food outside of wrapping covered in oil so i return it and she says yes cos you ordered it fresh! Umm what. The oil must of leaked out of the bag. What?? Lost for words the oil leaked out in my car so whos going to clean that. So i called them she said why didnt you say something when your here. Because its 5 am and dark. I took photos and will not let this go
One of the worst Maccas I’ve been too. Staff yelling loud to be heard over the blaring music - I couldn’t even here the person I was with. Ordered 2 coffees & 2 hash browns- hash browns were cold greasy and hard. Coffee was ok but I think they missed the extra shot!
