I did a door dash order tonight around 9 - 10 pmnI ordered for a couple ice cream and a double chocolate muffin but instead of a double choc muffin I got a apple crumble muffin I am allergic to apples.. I understand if they didn’t have any chocolate but it was still available on their website and I didn’t get a call or nothing to ask if there was something else I wanted instead. When I opens the bag I was extremely disappointed. tried calling the store 4 time but no answer. This is really disappointing do better guy wasting money and food
We door dashed a Double choc muffin and a couple ice creams to our house, and we instead received an Apple crumble muffin. We do not appreciate this as my friend is highly allergic to apples. We both called the restaurant multiple times, and no one answered. They could have called to tell us they didn’t have the muffin we ordered in stock. We are very dissatisfied with your service and we hope this doesn’t happen again. This has resulted in us having to waste food and our money, I am very disappointed in you guys. This is the worst service I have ever received. Down below you can clearly see what we ordered and what we got.
We found the maintenance/ cleaning and cleanliness was appalling. We had to clean both our tables.nThe kids playground was disgusting and smelt of urine. The whole thing needs to be professionally sanitised.nnThe cassette air conditioners we also lacking maintenance and were quite dirty and we could notice the dust and debris build up on the vents.nnWe left this store feeling dirty and gross.nnHowever being a local the drive thru is always fast and reliable.nnEnter at your own risk lol.
I'm not a big fast food eater, but every. single. time I go through the drive through at any time of the day or night here in Bundaberg, I'm made to wait anything between 2 and 5 minutes between every single car to place an order, and when they finally ask 'sorry for the wait, what would you like' no matter what it is I've wanted, it's been 'I'm sorry, we don't currently have any 'insert here' available at the moment... can I get you something else? And I mean every. single. time. Seriously the most constantly inept, slow, utterly hopeless MacDonald's I've ever been to anywhere in Australia in my 40 years of living here, and they don't get any better...
Got a 40 piece nugget and this is the Big Mac sauce it comes with it. Waited over 20 minutes for the order and they were also missing 2 sauces and put full cream in my iced coffee when I pay more for the lactose free.
