Absolutely disgusting!nnDinning room was super unclean no where to sit with the family. When we ordered just an ice cream and frozen it took 20 mins and there was no one else in the store!!! I when I tried to speak to the manager I got a teenager not the manager I believe and he was so rude and disrespectful towards me!nnDO NOT BOTHER!
Was parked and told I had to wait for a happy meal.nWaited 20 minutes, young girl bought out someone else's food and said that there was no order there that was mine.nWaited another 10 minutes to be served something that I wouldn't even eat, let alone give to my child. Food was cold and somewhat stale, also missing part of the order.
Dirty place, dirty machinenPeople no nicenI went to order Frozen drinks last week, I already ordered on the screen machine but the store doesn't have it. I am waiting for more than 20 minutes, no one tells me about no have frozen drinks in store and let my order go. I have to ask for my order and my refund back.
Got 2 lots of chips on vouchers after a night out and the screen said no dining in which was fine. Chips were hot and lovely! As I was waiting for my second order… I sincerely had ONE chip - 1 chip… And the bouncer said, “we aren’t doing dine in”, I replied excuse me? He repeated his fascistic response to me, one man having ONE chip from a bag. He then slid me a sly remark as if I sat down with a knife and fork and a napkin tucked into my shirt. I promptly collected my second order and gave him a really sarcastic remark due to his borderline hedonistic behaviour to one bloke eating one chip. That security needs to be fired. He was working the late evening/ early morning shift on the 20/21 / 4/24. He is tall, a bit fat and miserable. He has nothing better to do than harass people after a night out. He needs to get a life and a new job!
Upon entering, I noticed the floors that is covered with oil which can be a safety hazard for old people that can fall. Under and on tables there are unfinished meals and wrappers that creates the feeling of nastiness. The appalling service and cacophony of shouting from the kitchen created a disturbing atmosphere of aggression. Ten minutes! Ten bloody minutes I wasted waiting for a simple McFlurry, only to be told by some sloppily dressed, incompetent excuse for a McDonald's employee that their blasted ice cream machine is down! The utter audacity of not informing me beforehand is astounding! Are they so clueless, so inept, that they couldn't be bothered to mention it when I placed the order? This isn't rocket science; it's a basic courtesy that any establishment claiming to serve food should understand! After this, I then went on to order a McChicken, and after 15 minutes I was then served with a McCrispy and there wasn't any compensation for this mess-up and for the mess-up with the McFlurry. On-top of this there was no manners used throughout serving, no greeting and no goodbye's at all. To conclude the service is atrocious, the food was horrible due to the mess-ups and quality and the atmosphere was utterly disgusting. - this is my reasons for this one star review, thankyou for those who took their time to read this and I hope they can improve McDonalds service.
