I did a door dash order tonight around 9 - 10 pmnI ordered for a couple ice cream and a double chocolate muffin but instead of a double choc muffin I got a apple crumble muffin I am allergic to apples.. I understand if they didn’t have any chocolate but it was still available on their website and I didn’t get a call or nothing to ask if there was something else I wanted instead. When I opens the bag I was extremely disappointed. tried calling the store 4 time but no answer. This is really disappointing do better guy wasting money and food
We door dashed a Double choc muffin and a couple ice creams to our house, and we instead received an Apple crumble muffin. We do not appreciate this as my friend is highly allergic to apples. We both called the restaurant multiple times, and no one answered. They could have called to tell us they didn’t have the muffin we ordered in stock. We are very dissatisfied with your service and we hope this doesn’t happen again. This has resulted in us having to waste food and our money, I am very disappointed in you guys. This is the worst service I have ever received. Down below you can clearly see what we ordered and what we got.
Worst experience. 50 minutes for food to come out. Manager Megan was rude and tried to stall and hide so she didn't have to face angry customers who deserved at least an apology for the delay. I will give credit to the FOH staff who were left to deal with the delays and complaints, they were exceptional.nnIf anyone knows who the area manager is, they need to be made aware of the incompetence.
Got a 40 piece nugget and this is the Big Mac sauce it comes with it. Waited over 20 minutes for the order and they were also missing 2 sauces and put full cream in my iced coffee when I pay more for the lactose free.
Hayley crew trainer working today was amazing. The store was absolutely crazy with wait times over 40 minutes, she remained calm and collected the entire time and ensured that all missed or incorrect orders were replaced! Amazing job!
