My Brother and I ordered 2 large Big Macs for dinner around 9:20.nnBoth of us got Cokes with our meals and they were COMPLETELY watered down. If I didn’t know better I’d say they served me sparkling water.nnNot to mention the ice to “Coke” ratio was 8:10.
Absolute Garbage! Incompetence at its finest!nDO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!! Go to one of the many fantastic burger joints around Bundy! Not sure what we were thinking tonight must have temporarily lost our minds!!nWrap looks like it was made by a monkey the chips were cold and shrivelled as though they were re-fried! Coke was completely flat!n$50 for a family box and what you get is utter Garbage! Also change your filthy oil it permeates everything you drop in it. And If someone asks for something extra and you don’t hear properly don’t assume what they wanted! I asked for extra Big Mac sauce not extra pickles and to think I paid extra for that! Learn to care about people and what you serve them stop thinking solely about time and profit. You’ve lost us this time we’ll NEVER be back. 0 out of 5‼

the service here is absolutely horrendous, i wonder who they hire to keep this establishment open, incompetent workers, lazy and always seemingly to be chatting away rather than doing their jobs, makes me truly wonder who is able to obtain a job specifically working where you need to be all hands on deck at all times. It's horrible, the orders are poorly made, things go missing often, and the fact this is what you pay for?
Disgusting service and disgusting food they didnt provide the toy which was stated they gave us cold hard chips that taste disgusting and dirty, food is always thrown into the bag, literally saw a spec of something floating in my drink too they’re terrible at customer service all their workers sit around talking and dont do their simple job and tasks. Their food is dirty and the orders and bags and drinks are handled with no care at all disgusting service and people. Dont come here.
