Absolute Garbage! Incompetence at its finest!nDO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!! Go to one of the many fantastic burger joints around Bundy! Not sure what we were thinking tonight must have temporarily lost our minds!!nWrap looks like it was made by a monkey the chips were cold and shrivelled as though they were re-fried! Coke was completely flat!n$50 for a family box and what you get is utter Garbage! Also change your filthy oil it permeates everything you drop in it. And If someone asks for something extra and you don’t hear properly don’t assume what they wanted! I asked for extra Big Mac sauce not extra pickles and to think I paid extra for that! Learn to care about people and what you serve them stop thinking solely about time and profit. You’ve lost us this time we’ll NEVER be back. 0 out of 5‼
Queued in the drive thru today at 1240pm, cars not moving for 15mins, wondering what’s happening power outrage, staff injured. As I was boxed in, I rang the store, asked the young girl what’s happening and she hung up on me and blocked the phone line. Sent my daughter in, apparently one staff serving, others at a meeting. Turns out that supposedly the soft drink machine is broken? Did this need to cause a lock down, no staff comes out to inform cars stuck in the line. The usual sorry for the delay. Never again. Staff don’t care.
We had to wait over 25 minutes to get two hot apple pies that were ordered through the drive through. The operator told us to wait in the pick up bay where we waited for over 25 minutes. When we finally went in to complain about it a 14 yo teller initially ignored us for well over two minutes dancing with the other staff to Taylor Swift. When he finally came over to us we explained to him that we were waiting for the apple pies for over 25 minutes. He then disappeared for another two minutes at least. While he was gone trying Work out what to do other staff young girls were just walking around the counter ignoring other costumes. He finally arrived and explained that the drive through operator didn't even make the process of the order to the kitchen. Then we asked for our money back and again he disappeared and this time he brought his 16yo arrogant manager to tell us that we could not have our money back for the apple pies. The young manager acted so arrogant that she was just staring at my partner when my partner explained the story again. After an exchange of some chosen words the manager then threatened my partner that she would call security... for the sake of two apple pies. This was the worst McDonald's I have ever been to that treats customers so disrespectfully. McDonald's would be ashamed and horrified at their staff's Bundaberg store. For the the number of times that I have been across this country and eaten at McDonald's meals those now and the absolute Worst McDonald's ever. There is no professionalism, high quality customer service that McDonald's is famous for, and absolutely no critical thinking from any of its staff. This was the final straw that broke the Camel's back...never eating at McDonald's again. It was the principal of the matter.
I ordered a new shake and had to wait over 20 minutes. No explanation was given while others received their burger combos. The tables also needed constant cleaning. Something is definitely wrong with this location.

Scaring kids...screaming at the delivery driver.nBrown haired cashier was an absolute rude thing to everyone.nGuy dressed in grey supposedly the.manager was scratching his uncovered head and running his fingers through his hair and then touching food.nAlso didn't apologise when the staff turned around and gave me attitude for saying make me a new frozen drink that's actually frozen because this one has sat here for half an hour whole you have screamed at each other.nNo ice in other drinks. Flat coke.nThis is absolutely disgusting.
