I had a really positive experience at the Maroochydore McDonald’s. The restaurant was clean, tidy, and well-maintained — always a good sign that the staff take pride in their work. The team members were efficient and friendly, and one staff member in particular stood out for being especially polite and engaging with customers. She went out of her way to help and made the experience even better. It’s great to see that kind of attitude and customer service. Overall, a pleasant visit — I’ll definitely be back!
Ordered a couple coffees in the morning a few days ago, got told to wait in the waiting bay as they ran out of almond milk 9am in the morning, meanwhile multiple cars passed us leaving with coffees. After waiting about 10-15 minutes, eventually walked in to see our coffees waiting on the bench and and the ice half melted with the manager offering the most nonchalant “oh sorry”….nnIf I had a 1c for every time something was missing in my order, I’d be able to afford a McFlurry if the machine isn’t broken.
The worst coffee ever! I like strong coffee so ordered an extra shot in medium sized cup - tastes like muddy water! Not one bit of coffee flavour. Only purchased because nothing else opened on Xmas Day
Came here for some frozen cokes after the beach. The lady taking the order had to hear my order multiple times as I think she was preoccupied with talking to someone else. When I got to the pay window the lady put the pin pad in my face and didnt say anything not even after I paid. When we got to the food window the lady just gave us our food with no words. It would have been nice to have been told to have a good day. This was the worst service I have ever had.
