This location is consistently disappointing late at night, especially after midnight on Saturdays. I've visited multiple times during peak weekend hours and routinely end up waiting 20–45 minutes to be served. The understaffing is obvious and acute compared to the demand.nnIf the team can't handle the volume and provide service within a reasonable timeframe 5–10 minutes feels fair for most orders, it would be better to temporarily pause or limit service rather than keep customers waiting excessively. Long delays like this ruin the experience and make people think twice about returning.

Coffee was pretty good, but you could tell the drive thru was getting all the attention and dine in customers were lower priority. Part of my order was missing... Pretty poor show, but it's McDonald's, they aren't as good as they used to be.
I feel bad leaving a negative review, but I’m genuinely baffled as to how this could’ve been messed up so badly!n3am on my way to work this morning. Ordered a small coffee with an extra shot through the maccas app. Waited for 20 minutes behind just two cars to even drive up to the initial speaker.nWas met with an apology by a nice young man “sorry about the wait”, however at this point I should’ve been warned or offered some sort of explanation about the ADDITIONAL 20 minute hold up I’d have to endure. 40 minutes total in the drive thru with barely an apology and NO explanation. Stuck in the drive thru with no way to physically leave, and no way to cancel my order because it had been processed through the app nearly an hour before.nnWhen I did finally get my coffee, it was not even coffee. I’m not exaggerating because I’ve ordered this exact drink from THIS maccas before and it was very dark brown double shot iced long black, but today it was a light amber colour. Like nearly CLEAR in colour. It genuinely looked and tasted so watery and stale and not like coffee, literally like they had just run an empty brew cycle to clean the machine and given that to me with a bit of ice. Not good enough considering I was late for work despite leaving home extra early, and didn’t even get the “coffee” I ordered let alone the extra shot.nI understand there can be hold ups with big orders coming in from cars of indecisive party people, but this was NEXT LEVEL insanity. If you know there is going to be a hold up for THIS LONG, you need a big red warning sign or staff to let people know what’s going on. I think I speak for a lot of people when I say that I don’t have an extra 40 minutes to unexpectedly spend in a drive-thru at 3am.nnIf my order was actually correct, I may have been able to forgive this. But to wait this long for a literal cup of dirty water with no apology or explanation is UNACCEPTABLE no matter how you paint it. If this was a genuine series of unfortunate mistakes, I would’ve been offered a genuine apology or compensation or at least gotten ONE of the shots of coffee I ordered.nnThis Maccas either needs more staff or better trained staff or both. I’m sorry to anyone who was working at 3am and was doing their best. But I didn’t feel with the service that anyone could possibly have been “doing their best”.nnWish I had a photo of this tragedy but I was already running well & truly late for my day. Sorry to leave a bad review but as a customer service worker myself, I could never imagine messing up to this unprofessional degree.
Went to order, wouldn’t sell a mcsmart meal too us and tried to upcharge us 80c per soft serve we ordered. They ended up refusing us service after we got questioned the pricing ad told us to get out of their drive thru. Overall would not recommend this maccad to anyone trying to get food or get good service.
