Maroochydore MacDonald’s needs to pick up its standards. If they haven’t completely forgotten an item, your large chips and/or drink will be half filled. How can you let this slide? I would expect that with the price increases quality of food would have also increased or kept the same, but instead they have drastically decreased. All I expect is if I pay for a large meal I get a large meal.
I got a milo Mc flurry, and it is not filled up! they upped the price $.50 and there is half the amount!!!! get the workers to actually put in effort! PS- i never do reviews but this is worthy!nnUpdate: They did so bad tonight, after having to go through the drive through again to pay, they didn’t even have any whipped cream for my frappe and it’s my favourite part! And i initially wanted a frozen coke but their machine was broken.
I ordered a crispy chicken aioli wrap, I normally pull the tomato out, since it’s not my favourite, as I pulled it out I spotted something on it. Turns out it was a caterpillar
As a treat I took my family to dinner. We needed to sit at the big table as there was 9 of us. The table was disgustingly dirty. It had sauce stuck there that had been there for a long time.The table hadn’t been cleaned at all for a while. I went to the counter and asked if I could have serviettes to clean the table. No offer was made to come wipe it down. They gave me a pile. I used the hand sanitizer loads of it to wipe it down. I had to get another pile as it was so dirty.nI ordered a McOz burger which I got because I love beetroot. It had the size of a 20cent piece on it. I went back and asked for more beetroot. They gave me another piece the size of a 20c piece. I just laughed. Then I ate my burger and didn’t enjoy it as it was so dry. I realized they had totally forgotten to put the sauce on. I didn’t want to go back as the service was rubbish. Toe food is nothing like the TV ads. Then when we left I cleaned our table. When I went to the bin it was overflowing. The other bin was as well.nI said to the guys at the counter and said both your bins are full. He just looked at me a shrugged his shoulders.nI’ve been taking my kids there for 35 years. The service, cleanliness and food just progressively gets worse. Very disappointing when I spent $95nMany other times I have been through to e drive through and try have my order wrong.
Horrible experience, I am Coeliac so I cannot eat anything with wheat, barley or rye. I ordered a large regular fries, 3 hashbrowns, and a large vanilla shake. We were given the drink and told to wait in the waiting lot, and the drink given was a chocolate shake, not vanilla. When a worker came to give us our food and we told them about the shake being wrong, she was rude about taking the drink back and sighed when we didn't want the drink that we didn't order. Then they gave us a replacement shake, which was somehow a strong caramel shake, which again, I did not order. So I gave up on the drinks, and checked the bag. Lo and behold, they had put a shaker fries pack, which contains gluten, into my mcdonalds food, contaminating all of it and making it impossible for me to eat. So in total, got the wrong drink twice, messed up the food, and had poor service. Would give a -3/10 if I could. Never coming again.
