This is my go-to Maccas! It's always clean and I have never seen it too busy. There is lots of parking on site and it has a massive drive-through. The team members in this Mcdonalds have never failed to give my family and I the correct order.

The whole "table service" idea is a joke! Staff are not trained for table service or alfresco or a la carte dining/service. They are trained for fast food convenience with very little delivery of customers expectations/wants/needs. A worker knocked over my drink and it went everywhere (no biggy for me, was just a drink). It was the response that got me "you want another one"? She stated wiping her top and not looking at me. She returned with a new drink and gave me a handful of serviettes to wipe up the spill. The staff are not trained and this isn't their fault! Its management's responsibility and its clearly showing their lacking ability and passion for the image. Does McDonald's ever receive good feedback?

I don't go to McDonald's much, only when there's no other option, I don't mind some of their burgers when on the road for example, but I hate the amount of rubbish they still produce, amongst other things. My son wanted to check out their playground so I gave in a had a coffee-not only I found it on my table spilt-and no one came back with at least a napkin to help me clean it up, but it even looked and tasted like a coffee from a cheap coffee pod-the same weird aftertaste. Didn't finish it. So yeah, never again from me.

Service is always pretty fast when I go to Beacon Hill. The one time I was given the wrong product and went back, the manager on duty (Declan) was very apologetic and offered to give me a larger size as compensation. This is the best way to keep customers coming back, be accommodating. The new store looks great as well. The only thing that stops my review from being 5 stars is that my food is not always that hot when I get it.

Slow service considering the large amount of staff on. Too much chatting not enough paying attention to what they were doing. Admittedly our food was hot and OK. Although we did see two people return food that wasn't right.
