Nearly every time we go there the order is wrong or missing items. Tonight, ordered two Grimace shakes, chocolate shake, and instead got two vanilla shakes with cream?? A Grimace with no cream and half full? It’s really ridiculous how many times you get it wrong.
We had planned a Xmas lunch with family but ended up turning up a little late and there was no food so we had to resort to McDonald's for our Xmas lunch/dinner and I'm so grateful they were open! The staff were super nice and helpful. Thanks for working on Xmas day.
We received a dried up bit of “Big Mac” sauce. Looks like it had been sitting there for at least a week. Charged us for the items I claimed on the rewards point on the Maccas app. Forgotten apple pie numerous amount of times.
DoorDash delivered my order with the drink spilled over all the food. This is not the first time this has happened. I complain to DoorDash who only refund a percentage of my order, I get scrutinised by DoorDash because I complain too much. Whoever owns this store should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. No care taken by its staff to ensure food is safe to travel to its destination. Do better or get another job because your service sucks!!
This is by far the worst McDonald’s in brisbane, I’m not exaggerating when I say almost every single Time I order from this store there’s something wrong with my order , I usually use the drive thru and I like to order extra onion on my double cheeseburger and everytime with out fail I have to get out of my car and go in and get them to put onion on my burger because they give me no onion , this happens every single time also the last 3 times I’ve ordered McMuffins from this store they have been burnt to a crisp and taste like pure charcoal, something needs to change at this store I’ve also been spoken rudely too by managers when I’ve gotten replacement orders when they have fully messed up my meal and I’ve even provided photos and they seem to treat me quite rudely whenever I’m picking the replacements up it’s disgusting behaviour and service I’ve started driving an extra 15 minutes to get McDonald’s to avoid this store .
