Have coffee here occasionally and ice cream cones in the summer. Usually on the weekends and I always get really nice service. It’s always clean and well maintained. Always use the app, get good deals. Also they are happy to give me coffee in my keep cup which makes me happy.

5 people at the counter. No one smiling or greeting people. Served after an another staff member off shift stood in front of me and was greeted first. No gluten free buns which is weird for an established burger joint. Nearly every table was filthy. Could hear staff gossiping and swearing behind the counter from across the store.

Waited for ages for my order, meanwhile some kids came in and stole the Grimace character cut out and the staff did nothing just laughed. Store is in a convenient location but it was a little cramped. I don't think I would ever want to eat in there. For where it is you would think it would be a bit bigger and nicer..

Complete and utter gronks staffing this McDonald’s, greeted with instantaneous attitude at the speaker box and then ignored. four teenage girls working one window seems excessive and then being made to wait in excess of fifteen minutes for my burger in the parking bay ahead though there where no other customers.all of these things contribute to my poor rating Decent cheeseburger still

the workers at this store clearly have no common sense and cannot follow basic instruction.  i went through drive thru today and ordered 2 chicken and cheese’s with extra cheese.  i had to repeat myself about 4 times and was waiting for at least 5 minutes while the worker was trying to figure out how to add extra cheese to the burgers.  i go to pay for my food and the order on the screen is wrong it says no cheese.  i had to repeat myself a few times again saying i asked for extra cheese.  when i got my food and drove home, the burgers have absolutely no cheese on them at all.   manager really needs to look into staff they’ve hired considering they can’t follow simple basic instruction.
