It was the picture of the angus burger with onions hanging out the side that made me order it. I said to the girl can you please make sure it has lots of onions on it like the picture. When I got home it had half of one onion ring on it. I was really annoyed as I had asked for more. The fact that you will only ever get half of the large chip container filled is a given. The food NEVER looks like it does on the pictures.nThe last time I went through drive through the girl passed the tray with 2 large drinks in it. The top wasn’t on the cup prior and when the tray unbalanced the whole drink went over me and the car. She just looked at me. I said can you please give me heaps of serviettes to wipe it up. She was hopeless. Never offered to replace the drink. You need to train young people to make the food as per the pictures and actually use their brains to give good customer service. When I checked the order  it was wrong and I had to go inside anyway. Hungry Jacks are right. The burgers are better there.

Barely buy McDonalds so it was a treat tonight. The only one satisfied was McDonalds scoring $80 out of me. Money wasted for us. When you order a burger called Bacon Angus, surely you should receive bacon! All I got was a dry burger with onions and loads of bbq sauce. Not one strip of bacon. I had already walked back in after checking our takeaway and seeing they had forgotten an apple pie and the 6 sauces that come with the 40 nuggets I ordered. Didn't think I would have to pull my burger apart to check that too. Do better McDonalds. $80 meal and you barely got anything right!

Disgusting and dirty placenWent to grab some dinner 2 large big Mac meals and 20 pack of nuggets. 830pm there was 2 other people in the store. Placed our order and waited. The dining area was disgusting food and empty wrappers left on tables and floors, bins full to the top.nUsed the restrooms filthy. Toilet paper and spit  everywhere.n20 minutes goes by still waiting for our food.nA bunch of kids came into the restaurant around 20 of themnWas told that they are waiting in our nuggets which only take 3.5 minutes to cook almost half an hour has gone by.nSick of waiting for our food so we asked for our money back. Manager tried telling us it won’t be long. No just want our money back will go somewhere elsenGot our money back and seen a worker cooking chips with his phone between his ear and shoulder talking. WOWnTold the manager he needs to get this restaurant under control

I have been waiting for more than 30 minutes for my order, this has never happened in any other restaurant. I am angry and angry. Lack of total respect for the customer. I am with a 7-year-old.

we had ordered a family bundle , and we opened one of the drinks to find that the cups are dirty , because of this , we decided to call the store and let them know . They then proceeded to believe that we are prank callers . we explained we werent and that they should check their cups, overall , the customer service was bad and should get reviewed.
