The fries weren't hot, service could if been a bit faster and I did only get half an ice cream.
The staff need help. They are too too busy to be able to service their customers. The manger of the store should know during school holidays and the closure of the nearest Mc Donald's store= more customers and you will need more staff.nnP. S. If I live in Melbourne and work this out... I wonder why day the locals think
Well our order from the kiosk took 24 minutes !!!!nLook at the cheeseburger.nBut it was all hot and tasted as if should.
Came in this evening for a quick bite after work and was served by a young man named Billy. The service I experienced was quick, professional & concise. I was greeted with a beautiful smile, & positive attitude. I’m very appreciative in how he helped me by recommending what meal to get and what options there were available. With those customer service skills, that young man has a bright future ahead of him. Very impressive, don’t lose that light buddy!
The food is ALWAYS cold, especially the chips. Can be like the 6th car in drive through and still manage to get cold chips. I did the ‘no salt’ thing once to get fresh hot chips had to wait a couple of minutes which was fine and felt bad for being that person. But still continue to get cold food so I will go back to being that person asking for no salt so I can get fresh hot food.
