Pretty old and run down, only one of the touch screen self serve kiosks ever works and then there is never a receipt either. Outside and inside generally untidy and bins always over flowing. Service takes forever as this location is quite popular with thise lazy and too overweight to leave their car and using drive through that always seems to take preference for service.
First time eating burger without any veggies i didn't leave any notes about the choice. Better to double check before delivery. Thx
I tried the new McWings and was really let down. They were hot on the outside but cold on the inside, which was really off-putting not to mention they were overly greasy. The fries were also a letdown: lukewarm and soggy, lacking any crispiness. The only saving grace of the meal was my Coke No Sugar cold, fizzy, and exactly what I needed after such a disappointing meal. Hope the quality improves, because this was definitely not up to standard.
Absolutely disgusting. In the photo I've posted, you can see a syrup intake for whatever drink machine that is. It had apparently run out, so the worker removed it, placed it ON THE FLOOR, swished the container around a bit and PUT IT BACK IN TO FULFIL AN ORDER. Utterly disgusting.nnThe restaurant itself is run down. It's the little things, like the TV in the dining area with error messages then not one of the self-serve kiosks capable of printing. No napkins available either. We had to clean our own table to sit, of which non were clean. Coffee machine died whilst we were there too.nnThe floor in the café area was utterly filthy and drenched. Muddy shoeprints trudged through the area, including said syrup location.nnI was there with my young kid, who was pretty keen to go on the playground but a male staff member was using the outdoor area to take their break and messing around with friends. This made us very uncomfortable.nnTried telling one of the staff about the ticket machines - met with absolute apathy. Some of the staff you could tell were working hard but clearly frustrated at the others who could care less about swearing openly amongst each other - also not great with a young child.nnWho cares if you're chewing gum with your earpods in and can't hear customers, right? Also, 10 minutes for a small fries? Please.
Swoski the manager or lack of management skills human trying to run the show but in reality couldn't lead lemmings over a cliff person, she is down for the rudest person I've ever come across in a maccas store. Waited 28 minutes after ordering and all I get told is have to wait we are busy.nI think you need to be retrained in customer relations and also need to be taught how to run your team.nFood was frigging average to poor at best. Disappointing McDonalds that you as a whole have let not just us in this predicament there is lot people waiting behind us in store for their meal.
