Pretty old and run down, only one of the touch screen self serve kiosks ever works and then there is never a receipt either. Outside and inside generally untidy and bins always over flowing. Service takes forever as this location is quite popular with thise lazy and too overweight to leave their car and using drive through that always seems to take preference for service.
At 6 a.m., I ordered the new Egg, Sausage & Cheese Burgers and bought four of them, but they came without sausage or cheese. On top of that, the service was terrible. This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.
Bad service.They took so long to bring the food and drinks.We ordered classic angus meal and my meal came without the bun.
This particular outlet must be the worst one in SA.nI had the misfortune to stop in on Saturday night around 11pm and was appalled at the lack of service and how disorganized this place is.nWait at drive through for 15 minutes then a car pulls in to the right lane, which was attended to before the rest of us, and the guy gets his order taken after 15 seconds of being there.nThen another 10+ minutes waiting finally at the window and wants to give me an ice cream instead of the two burgers I ordered. Then says we don't have anything ready so take a park in the waiting bay.nNow I know why I hadn't been to McDonalds for 2 years and this experience has been so bad I will only go if it's another store and the only place in town to eat. Never again.
Just grabbed breakfast to go as I’m always running late and it was seriously the best bacon & egg McMuffin meal I have ever had. The ingredients were put together carefully and not overhanging or all over the wrapper. Cooked to perfection and dare I say, made with love!nThe hash brown was restaurant quality, crispy edges but not greasy.nThe coffee was delicious, perfect strength & temperature.nI even rang the restaurant direct because positive feedback is rare but super important!nHave a great day Maccas crew - You’ve made mine already!
