The last several times I've been fry cartons have been half filled, decided to finally make a complaint, manager was rude, dismissive, and would only provide a replacement if I came back the same day, however having made the purchase at 9:15pm I was not willing to go out all over again just for fries. Complete and utter shambles of customer service, I would recommend completely avoiding them, if they aren't ripping you off by under filling fry cartons they are screwing up your burger or serving stale buns. There's a subway next to them, I'd suggest that. Would rate 0 stars if possible.

I visited Para Hills McDonalds today, and ate with the flies, even the lady next to me sat swatting while she ate: I asked for fly spray, only to be told 'we can't spray OHS' there were so many of the darn things INSIDE!!! and the tables were soiled, while the staff chatted happily to each other No flies on me ' I left' never to return again, thank you! Hygiene people!!!

When they remember to stir the sugar in... it a good place. 95% of the time they have polite and friendly staff at the drive thru register. Complained to main office and was told staff were to be retrained... but no.much changed... sugar is still not stirred in. It's okay of I was buying inside but it's difficult when I'm on drive thru. 3 out of 5 coffees are not stirred. I'm on the look out for another drive thru as I don't want to be complaing all the time.

I absolutely love their nice kind service apart from when they act a bit dum and you ask for a big mac chicken and they give you a mcchicken in a big mac box.

Seriousy every time we go here there’s a wait on the apple pies! But to be honest the wait makes it seem tastier. Probably a sales strategy or whatever ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
