Went here to get brekky on a recent trip. The staff were really helpful and didnt complain when I had to add something else to my online order. The wait time wasn't too bad either and the person that brought out the additional toastie was very nice. So... as Maccas go it is five stars for me. Mainly as the staff were so friendly.
McDonalds as a fast food chain has lost it's way!!! You focus too much on speed and have no pride in the food you serve. The burger I was served by a young guy who looked like he couldn't care less was absolutely disgusting and soaked in oil. I took it back and showed the staff at the front in which all agreed they wouldn't eat it, the manager who barely looked 20 came over and said she'll replace it, but I chose a refund. I asked her to bring the boy over and show him it's not acceptable to serve this to customers, she chose not to and dumped it. What's the point of management when they don't even care either. You don't deserve customers that pay your wages! Wake up!
Sorry for this review.nI returned my burger as I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder which only came with 1 patty.nThe manager approved the front counter crew member to place another order for me.nI was now pissed the replacement one, only cam with 1 patty again.nWhen I drove back the first time, I thought honest mistake. But was definitely not driving back again the second time.nI pray this is not a way of making profit by saving on every Double Quarter Pounder order.nCause you have lost me as a customer for good..n1/10
Tonight I was served by Keisha/cafe worker on front counter,nHaving worked at McDonald’s in the past as a cafe worker in my teens/regional manager in my future career,nI can say with confidence her customer service skills were above and beyond as well as her approach to handling/food preparation while keeping track of her KPIS on the food drop encouraging the teammates around her aswell!nThankyou keisha for such a great service I will definitely be back and booking my function catering through your store from now on!nIn terms of the atmosphere around the store the regional manager/older manger that was on at the time May need to work on her communication skills and tone I was not very impressed with how she was approaching other team members and speaking them,nOther than that the store was presented in a clean tidy manner I will definitely be back!
Quite possibly the nicest McDonald’s I’ve ever had. Burgers were picture perfect! Staff were extremely kind and friendly to my dog sticking his head out the back window! Food was clean and delicious! Very tidy meal!
