A 23 minute wait for two basic menu meals.. The chips were soggy and cold for the better part. But it gets worse, upon arriving home I opened the box and the burger separated, this usually posing no issue I went to reassemble the burger, it was at this point I noticed a human hair 1.5" long and brown bound to the cheese... Are there not rules in place about wearing hair nets and preventing contamination like this? Never again.
Excellent store cleanliness, good machines but terrible service. I asked the manager why this mcflurry was so low on ice cream and I was told that this is the norm. I am very disappointed. Will never be coming back here again. Mcflurry = Mcabortion
It was a mistake coming here. We went inside to order, we were ignored and didn't get to order. Then we went through drive through....slow, slow , slow. All we wanted was a black coffee and a hot chocolate. It's been 20 minutes and just paying. Sad story for the service that used to be good!!
I don't know what is happening to macdonalds. We used to really enjoy the service and atmosphere, and it's getting low day by day. Staff is always very rude. It seems like they work for free there, or maybe we are getting food for free. If by mistake you need to go to their restroom, you have to close your eyes and hold your breath because it's disgusting . Please train your staff a bit before putting them on the till.
Food was fine but unfortunately there wasn't a clean table in sight and on top of all the bins over flowing, the floors were filthy and this was at 3pm in the afternoon, hardly rush hour yet the staff were unable to even perform the smallest of cleaning duties. Would not dine in again.Food: 4/5
Refused service on my etrike in drive through. I complained and was told, pedestrians can't go through the drive through. Um ??? I am a cyclist. Potato cake well I think we will stick with the proper ones from the fish n chips shop.
Standard Mickey Ds but honestly the BEST hash browns I've ever had at any McDonald's ever. Only 4 stars coz breakfast took a while but let's be honest I'm the patriarch of a yuppie city family. 5 stars for the cleanest McDonald's I've seen in years because people outside of Adelaide are clearly decent human beingsFood: 5/5

Today I bought a vegetarian burger through the drive through. I traveled 12 kilometers back to Pt Elliot to enjoy my meal. This is the first time I've bought a veg burger from maccas. After a really long hard day was looking forward to it. Opened it up couldn't believe my eyes. Bun. Veg pattie 3, 4 strands of lettuce 1 slice of pickle smear of mayo. Though hungry I decided that this was not acceptable. So, a fter having a look at what this burger should look like I got back in the car and drive 12 km back to Victor Harbor maccas. I talk to the manager and show him the burger and get him to compare the picture to the paltry burger Given to me. He agreed that it did not match. He had another burger made for me which is good but I would have expected him to give me a refund as well seeing that I had to travel 12 km. But no, I had to ask for a refund, which he did do. The new burger was not much better. The new veg burger fron maccas is a huge fail and gives heartburn. If you want a really fantastc vegetarian burger then the Hungry Jacks vegan burger is absolutely fantastic and huge and good value for money. The maccas veg burger is pathetic! Unfortunately there is no HJs in Victor Harbor. I will in future check my meals before leaving the premises. Maybe maccas should take a leaf out of Domino's book and make sure all burgers are as advertised.
No milk shakes again! Machine broken down again! Lost count of how many times this year, management don't seem to care. Could be time for a new Machine perhaps? Management roles her eyes & walks away, $40,000 she said, what a shame HJ's just opened up the road I say.
