Came here for the first time on daughter's birthday. The playground certainly didn't disappoint. The kids loved it. Took a while for the sundae cones to be served though there was no crowd. Seatings are huge and it's quite clean overall.
Bought a meal for two and both of the two BigMacs did not have lettuce, onion or sauce on it, also half of a large coke spilt in the bag because there was no cup holder.
Food took 30 minutes to be give out and was cold. Drinks were room temperature and not ice was out in.nService was awful, manager was sweating at the staff, being highly stressed.nTables were full of discarded food and melted ice creams. Not where to sit. Kids birthday party was happening and they were told there’s a 30 minute wait on happy meals.
Went to Maccas expecting fast food and got fast food that was actually fast. Order was perfect, fries were hotter than the Australian summer, and the staff were so friendly I almost forgot I was at a Maccas drive-thru. 10/10, would happily sacrifice my diet again.
They served me this kind of fries with a Kids meal. I ordered a cheese burger happy meal at 8:30 in the morning and the fries looked like it was re-fried. It was hard and definitely not good to eat.nWent to the store to tell the manager about it in a nice way and explained that people pay to get a decent meal and even said i don't need replacement just moving forward to make sure to serve a decent food especially it was a kids meal.nnShe was nice and offered to replace it but I refused. Then I saw her making faces straight after I finished talking to her. How rude!!
