Going to McDonald’s usually sets the bar pretty low for fast food dining, but the drive-through at Erina McDonald’s takes it to a whole new level. Make sure to check your items to see if they are even in or check for drinks for below high tide!nnThis has happened multiple times, which can be disappointing when you get home to the family only to find your Coke at low tide. It’s like playing a game of “Guess What’s in the Bag”—and spoiler alert, your items are not in the bag!

Went to get some food and got a frappe that was dark brown and tasted like straight syrup. Not my first maccas frappe so I knew it wasn’t right. Asked the staff to remake it and was told that it was normal and they couldn’t remake it just because I didn’t like it. It was not about dislike it was about the product not being made correctly the first time. Very unhappy with my experience and how I was treated when I asked them to fix it. Wish I could give zero stars

By far the worst Maccas I’ve been to!! Ordered an iced chocolate expecting it to look somewhat like what was on the menu and instead received chocolate flavoured water with no whipped cream!nnDo better!

Our order was #18, #19 was served while we waited for a similar item. After a long wait #30 for exact same item was served. Asked what happened with our order. After waiting again I returned to the counter to request a refund. The staff member consulted a manager. I was kept waiting on the refund & our order was prepared & offered. We could not stay any longer so insisted on the refund. They took & lost my receipt, the refund process was slow & they wanted to refund less than what we paid. Due to remembering the order number, they eventually looked it up & refunded what we paid. The entire process took in excess of 20 minutes.

There was no sugar in the coffees. No mustard/sauce/onions on the cheeseburgers. Fries were old and cold, dried up too. Went back to ask for a replacement, only to have no salt on the fries. Only one cheeseburger was replaced, and on the grounds I ate half of one already. Which wasn't handed back to me, so I could eat the rest anyway. $32 wasted. I'm never going back there again. This was my first and last visit.
