The automated machines are unreliable, often freezing or running out of paper for receipts. The order preparation is anything but fast, and by the time your food is ready, you've likely forgotten your order number. This McDonald's used to be a weekly breakfast treat for my son, but we've started driving to Ashbury instead. Unfortunately, this location consistently falls short across the board. This morning two breakfast meals with no coffees took 22 minutes.

Food was OK, usual maccas. Staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately it smells like piss half the time I go here...

The manager or supervisor is very rude. It seems that the customers' money doesn't count. Every person deserves respect: customers, delivery people, companions. It is understood that fast food should not be of the best quality, but customer service should be at least a little ethical.

This maccas is run by a group of 30+ year old women who will try to I refuse to move send you to waiting bay every single time even when there is no one behind you! They will even lie and tell you that there's coming through when there isn't, and I've caught them out on this by doing a lap around once I've gotten my order!!! Doesn't matter how simple your order is it could just be a cheeseburger, they will always send you to waiting bay! Honestly the teens that run Roselands Maccas who are half their age do a much better job!
