Came here for a pretty solid breakfast, however beef sausage patty was unusual compared to pork back in England. Good place to stop during a long drive, great service and not left waiting for ages either!nCan't complain, was an all round good visit.

Stopped for dinner and ordered online, didn't get any type of acknowledgement or hello when collecting the order- anyone could just walk up and pick up orders
A massive thank you to the younger staff that were working tonight Friday 3rd Jan I decided to change my meal at the last minute at the window annoying I know but the staff were super patient, I then had to park and wait for my order the staff both at the window and who brought our meal out had incredible customer service, were super apologetic when they really didn’t need to be. I hope they are recognised for their amazing customer service.
Honestly I've tried this maccas many times and it's gets worst and worst each time. This is by far the worst McDonalds on the Gold coast. Always takes over 15 minutes to get a meal after you order. Here have a pic of my extra this morning in my meal. I threw it out the minute I noticed. So that was a waste of $12. Honestly these reviews are all the same. Do better and train your staff.
