I will say that the food and service of McDonald's of Cooma, I'm impressednnThe service from the one staff member working on the night of the 28th Jan 2025 at 2:30am I thank you perfect in every waynnThe food being a large double quarter meal was so hot and fresh along with a great cappuccinonnThat great meal finish off an amazing trip in the High Country of NSW Kosciuszko National Park
Busy place . Drive through available. Food is ok. This place is big but still crowded due to weekends. Good place to have stop over between Canberra and snowy mountains.
I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and facilities at McDonald’s Cooma. The female toilets were absolutely filthy, with flies all over the seats and only one of the three toilets stocked with toilet paper. To make matters worse, while washing my hands, one of my rings slipped off and went straight down the sink drain due to the lack of a proper plug or protective cover. This is a basic design flaw that could easily be prevented.nnFor a busy establishment, basic hygiene and maintenance should be a priority. I hope management takes immediate action to improve the cleanliness and functionality of the facilities.
McDonald’s Cooma has a great playground, indoors and features a large obstacle play cube system which is 7 cubes tall and has loads of tunnels and slides! One even goes outside the building and back in.nnWe visited today and the food was hot and fresh, the only downside was it was a bit hot in the building but it was very humid today with incoming rain so I don’t think that would be a usual thing for the location.nnWould recommend for a play stop.
Best kid play area, but this place has gone downhill badly over the last 3-5 years. It's now very dirty. Order machines never have paper. Toilets are terrible. Staff are all pleasant but leaderless and many orders come out wrong. If they don't pick it up McDs should take the franchise back.
