This is by far the worst maccas experience I have ever had. I go in and order two soft serves and and a frozen coke, 15 minutes later, two tiny soft serves and a undersized frozen coke, terrible, the place was so understaffed, there was only three people there, never coming back.
Ordered caesar salad it does not come as depicted in their promo shots. No tomato and lettuce looked 3 days old!nService was terrible just took so long. I do not blame the staff , something else going on here.
Absolute rubbish service, management is so rude and has no idea what customer service is about.nGot the simplest of orders wrong and then tried to argue with me over a simple fix that was their fault to begin with. Don’t waste your time going here, probably one of the dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve seen too rubbish overflowing out of the bins and filthy looking tables.
Arrived early the premises opened slightly later than indicated. Doors were opened chairs and tables didn't look cleaned from the previous night! Ordered hotcakes and they tasted like old burnt burger oil. Latte wasn't nice! Staff weren't pleasant.
How did you messup my order twice? I ordered a small quarter pounder meal and recieved someone elses order which was nuggets reordered hoping to get my original order just to be sent ANOTHER wrong order a big mac ontop of that i was not offered a refund in the app neither was i able to contact this place directly as it would go to voicemail each time NEVER AGAIN will i order from this disgrace i am appauled.
