This is the worst McDonalds that I have ever visited. I have been a few times and always the same level of filthiness.nThe bins were spilling over.nThere was food and paper all over the floor.nThe touch screens were smeared with fingerprints that I avoided using and ordered at the counter.nI knew that this was not just because of a busy period because the lack of cleaning was evident on the counter.nThe register equipment had a thick layer of dust. The eftpos machine's handle had ingrained food residue and screens also smeared .nThe place smacked of basic cleaning and staff looked miserable.
I think the place needs a good clean, can imagine the amount of foot traffic it gets coming through this McDonald's being across the road from the beach but someone needs to go through the whole place with a good water blaster! Young stuff we're very nice polite professional no problems with the service any food was McDonald's, what else can you do!
If I could give 0 stars, I would.nnFilthy store. Only 3 staff on a busy school-holiday Saturday morning, which set the tone straight away.nnService was basically non-existent. The girl taking manual orders was completely overwhelmed, which just slowed everything down even more. The back area was cluttered, and the whole place felt chaotic and totally disorganised.nnSpent $63 on food that was honestly inedible —n• Dry muffinsn• Soggy hash brownsn• Everything thrown into one bagn• Muffins not even wrapped, falling apartn• The egg was cooked within an inch of its life — the yolk was hard as a rocknnPeople will always keep going because it’s Maccas, but this was next-level bad. Absolute waste of money.
Where do I even begin, this has got to be the worst maccas I’ve ever been to in my whole life. They walk around on there phone not making any food. I ordered a cheeseburger and a frozen coke and it took 30 minutes for that cold excuse for cheeseburger, not to mention the place is Discusting. Please don’t ever come here waste of money and time. I hope the maccas employees see this and realise that they should be putting in harder work. They should not be getting payed for this.
I ordered a McAngus Burger meal, but the experience was extremely disappointing.nnFirst of all, the order took an unreasonably long time to prepare. When I finally received my meal, the portion of fries was ridiculously small.nMy drink had clearly been poured about 20 minutes earlier, as all the ice had already melted by the time the food was ready.nnThe burger itself was very poorly and messily made. It was missing tomato, and it looked unhygienic. On top of that, there was no cheese inside the burger at all.nnWhen I pointed this out and asked for it to be remade, the staff simply put cheese into the same dirty burger and handed it back to me, expecting me to eat it.nnThis level of service and food quality is completely unacceptable, especially for a paid meal. I am very disappointed and would like this issue to be properly addressed
