My wife ordered a bacon quarter with an extra patty and muffin.nThe quarter did not have the extra patty and I tried to ring them and complain. The secret of the year is that you cannot get their number , chady Maccas is displayed but not not Dandenong Rd store. $22.00 and on one is accountable unless I drive up to them! Not not going back
Supervisor name Maria wasn’t friendly when I wanted to redeem my points to get 3 apple pies. Maria knew that I wanted 3 but didn’t explain to me that I can only get redeem 1 and needed to pay for the other 2. Until I looked at the receipt and asked her what happens to the other 2 Apple pies that I ordered.? I was happy to pay for the 2 extra because family members at home wanted it.nWhen the orders were ready to be collected, Maria made funny eyes contact racist face expression towards my daughter, as she went to grab the order from counter. Maria shouldn’t be a supervisor at all, as she lacked customer skills communication.
Bought a large double cheeseburger meal and got a fanta for the drink. The fries were unsalted, and the drink was only about 4/5 full, as if they had given me a medium drink in a large cup I had not drunk from the cup in the attached photo. Also, at some point they switched from orange juice to orange drink, and yet they still advertise it as orange juice, which is disgraceful.
Had to wait over 10 minutes for a staple breakfast menu item through drive thru. Absolutely the worst service and can't believe that it can be this way. It wasn't even busy. No excuses.
Got a Big Breakfast. Hot pancakes with whipped butter and maple syrup were great for a very cold morning. Had breakfast at Macca's while waiting for Chadstone Shopping Centre to open.
