Now this McDonald’s has been renovated it’s soo much better. 13 self check out screens has lowered wait times.nnAnd the food itself, unsure if it’s just because it’s had the revamp, but it’s fresh, from the chocolate muffin, to the fries and burger.nnKeep it up guys, having freshly made McDonald’s makes SUCH a difference! This is how it should be
Ask for skim milk coffee and full cream milk for table order. But they keep calling from counter.nThe girl was just guessing this is skim milk and other one is full cream. I asked how do you know. She just replied this one is skim.nI wanted to make sure but she has no idea of what was she doing. I asked for replacement but she called her manager and over confident separated two. Ask for confirmation then only he started to make what I’ve ordered.nThinks they can do whatever they want.nThey didn’t even pop the skim written on the lid.nNeed more training for proper customer service and need to know consumers right.
The atmosphere is interesting, especially on a saturday night, but that’s what’s to be expected of Bondi at night. The service here is always good especially considering the nonsense they have to deal with. Foods not bad for a maccas.
Amazing experience, full menu is available on the self service kiosk and variety is flattering. After placing the order I received the order in 5 minutes that too on a busy sunday afternoon. Condiments location requires some improvement. Though all good.
It was City2Surf Sunday lunchtime at Bondi - and a crazed and hungry crowd had descended on Maccas pushing for food.nnThe team dealt with the pressure well - with professionalism and clarity.nnWell done!
