To the blonde guy who served me 10 minutes ago your soft serve skills are terrible. Barely any icecream on the top or in the inside of the conennVery disappointed
I came through drive through today at Blackburn South and ordered 2 coffees. The male who took the order was well spoken and exceptionally professional. The front counter staff were exceptionally quick at making and providing hot, coffee. It was really pleasing to have cheerful, friendly, fast service. You had a great crew on today at 11.45 27/7/24
Shout out to the girl who was working at 2:30PM at the Canterbury Road - Blackburn Maccas. She went high and low to find all the recent Yugioh x Hello Kitty McHappy Meal toys for us. Most employees will just look what’s in front of them and possibly missing a sale. But this girl, not only she made 6 count of sales on the McHappy Meals but also made a customer’s day. Thank you! Our collection is almost complete!
Having recently moved here this is my now closes macas and every visit I have had has been horrible the burgers are allways dry my chips allways sogy not once have I have a fresh chips served to me and this all so goes for any uber order I jave made with this MacDonald. The sad thing is I am now finding my self going back to my original macas at homesglen were the food is served fresh
We ordered one single meal and have been sitting in drive through for over 15 minutes and all the staff are standing around talking doing nothing causing us to be late to where we need to be. Disgusting service I thought you pay lots of money for cheap food cause it’s “fast” but it’s only fast if the employees do their job.
