24 March 2026, Good morning, ladies and gents who read this review.nnI have been here for a long time, and mostly in the morning via drive-thru. However, the experience was very unpleasant this morning: 1, I waited at the intercom for 2 mins, with no cars in front of me; 2, I had to repeat myself so they get my order right; 3, they gave me two pieces of pancake it was meant to be 3......sigh....nnI understand businesses hire young people for lower cost, but at least they should keep the basic level of service.
Everyone! Make sure you check your orders before leaving this store. I bought two sets of Huntrix Meals and both don’t have the demon sauce. I wonder if it was intentional or accidental. If the outlet really runs out of the demon sauce please inform the customer in advance and not simply replace it with other sauces. This makes no difference with the normal meals.
Drive thru 9pm… nothing worse than cold, dark brown fries that had obviously been twice cooked with the crew taking short cuts! When I returned to change them for fresh ones- she tried to charge me for them!! No common sense!!!
I go to the McDonald’s store every Sunday morning. The staff are always friendly. The food is always hot. The only down thing is they used to put a biscuit on top of your coffee which is like a little sweet treat for the last six Sundays that I’ve gone there they haven’t done it. I wish I’d bring it back.
Last two orders were absolutely absurd.nTwo weeks ago I ordered 2x meals and didn’t give me any chips which should be part of the meal.nToday’s meal didn’t give us the fifa cup as ordered, for chicken nuggets they’ve completely forgotten the sauces. Happy meal they ran out of the fifa toys but didn’t update on the app which has resulted an upset child.nnStep up your game team, this is NOT acceptable.
